My Shower Door was missing an entire box of parts. It seemed like I was going to have to deal with the manufacturer. Craig identified the model and the parts and went over and beyond with my shower door. Excellent customer service

Do not buy carpet from here. They are supposed to call me to set up an installation date and it has taken them 4 days to call me. Everytime I go there or call they say they don't know what they are doing and I have to wait till someone comes back from lunch or until the next day because the person that can help me is not working right now.Very frustrating. I have had a great experience buying carpet from Lowes.
