It’s an excellent auto repair shop . All the staff and mechanics are good at what they do . They are quick and polite. They have excellent waiting areas that shows flashes of the past. Their prices are sensible.

Bought new tires at Discount Tires and while driving home car was pulling severely left. Went back they checked it and told me I needed a wheel alignment. They recommended Highline Automotive and gave me a coupon. I went there and was greeted immediately and they said they would take care of it right away. After a few minutes they told me it couldn’t be done because the van had a bent connecting rod. He the took me to the shop area and showed me the bent rod. He gave me a price to take care of everything it seemed reasonable, I said do it. They ordered the part and repaired it a few days later. So far everything is great. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and mechanic. They took the extra effort to explain the problem even giving me a printout of the wheel alignment. This is an impressive shop that gives you confidence in letting them work on your car.

Let me start with the cleanliness of the shop! The shop looks beautiful! The sitting area is very comfortable and I had it all to myself. The guys working there were very nice and the prices are very reasonable! I live in Indiana, but work in Illinois. I would rather get my car serviced there in Illinois! It’s worth the drive!!!!!

My first visit to Highline. Was a very pleasant experience. Staff is very friendly and actually come to the waiting area to let you know what is being done to your car and if there are other things they noticed that need attention.
I was referred to them by friends. I would not hesitate to go back.
