I took 4 items, one of them being a cocktail dress, to this dry cleaners. The owner told me my order would be ready for pickup on Tuesday and when I showed up around 9am on Tuesday for pickup, he said the order was not ready and asked for me to come back later that afternoon. How inconvenient!
When I returned to pick everything up, the cocktail dress was not with my order. The owner proceeded to tell me the girl cleaning the clothes said, "There was no dress." It was clearly labelled on my receipt, 4 items and also listed, "Dress - $12.95." I think someone working there stole it...how do you just "lose" an item from an order when all the items go in the same bag at drop off?
The owner will not pay me the value of the dress and it seems his business is very unorganized. I DO NOT recommend taking your items here to be dry cleaned if you want them all to be returned!
