This is my neighborhood Floor& Decor, it’s sad to give one star. The reason why I did this is because of stupid return POLiCY. I bought some 24”x48” tiles for my job by boxes(each box has THREE pieces). After I finished my job, I came to return two pieces. They didn’t take it because I bought by”boxes”. But on the receipt, it’s shows clearly 4 boxes,12X$30.92. And when I purchased it, I did remember the cashier told me that I can return by pieces, but there is no way I can proved this. The manager said they have had this policy since one year. This is totally a robbery. Whoever you are, home owners or contractors, friendly remind, if you buy 100 boxes of this tile, tell them you are purchasing 300 pieces. ——
A “Valued Customer ” who spent tens of thousands dollars every year.

The associates at Floor and Decor are wonderful. I had several associates ask to assist me answer questions. They had a huge variety of tiles for the kitchen for me to look at and for the inset in the shower.
So, I bought the inset for the bathroom and the wall tiles for the kitchen from Floor and Decor. They made me feel like a valued customer. Kudos to Floor and Decor.

The store charges you $300 for a delivery to your home. Half that money is kept by the store and the other half is split with an uber type shipping company. I was a driver for one of these shippers and I got graced with an offer to deliver an oversize/overweight (2000 lbs+) load for a measly $44 (great business model?).
After I arrived, I pointed out that the I was being paid for less weight than what had been loaded in my truck (the 300 lbs+ shipping crate was not included in the 1700 lbs weight of the product that they had listed). I presented my case to the employees by showing them the shipping port manifest affixed to the crate (picture below had the weight of an extra few tiles that the store took off). A manager got involved and my point was disregarded because according to his company ipad only 1700lbs was shown. I was frustrated and so I bit the bullet and ended up taking the load anyway.
Later that evening my shipping company told me I was suspended because the store manager reached out with a complaint against me. I had not been able to get my access to shipping gigs back because of this lowlife liar and cheater.
