Worst Fedex store you can go to. I recommend driving to a different location. I went in with a small shipping crate which they rejected. They told me to go drop it off at a Fedex ground and when I arrived they told me the fedex ground location, the manager said the Fedex on Lagrange Rd. should have taken it and will be in contact with the store manager. They offered no help when asked if they could help set up a pick up the rude women employee told me do it online. If you hate your job quit? You are a business offering services, the least you can do is be helpful. Looking at their website it says "Hold Ground package for pickup" so the store is creating their own policies when they told me to go drop it off to their fedex ground location.

My 2nd failed visit here. First time was printer issues. Second time all they had to do was accept a return shipment with a prepaid label. Ya know, something a box with no employees can do.
They failed.

Very poor customer service. Told me I have to bring my box to the shipping center in McCook. When I got there, they told me go back to the store and print your labels. The store was of no assistance. No apologies, no empathy. If I had another option I would use it. They acted like I should have known all this.

Lady at the front desk has no idea what she is doing. She told me it would be $407 to ship something to Madison Wisconsin. I need some of what shes smoking.

Very unfriendly last couple of times when I walked in.There was no friendly greeting ,eye contact or a thank you when done!Shame on the employees at this store! Maybe you should find another line of work.

I was in a bind to print lot of materials for a work meeting on a short timeline and Nedia was so wonderful and easy to work with - she had everything ready to go in less than 24 hours. Was really pleased with the onsite help!
