“Store 0428 in Elmhurst has friendly and helpful staff. The store carried big and tall men's clothing which I was unable to find at other big box stores, they only went up to 2x and didn't have tall clothing. I also like the one level building that made it easy to navigate for a Handycap person. The cashier Sarah was very diligent and noticed I didn't get all the discounts I was due and called a manager to adjust my bill, it was very appreciated being a senior on a fixed budget.”

“I have shopped at many Marshalls over the years and this one is a good one. It is always organized, staff are friendly and helpful and the selection of items are good. I would definitely mark this as one of the Marshalls I would go to shop over some of the other locations. There is a large parking area, other nice stores in the same location and they do have a bathroom.”

“Love this place!! Awesome things, great people working the store! Got some amazing things! Did you know they have crochet Harry Potter kits, and the crochet needle is a crochet wand!! They even have a 14pc pastel paint kit too!! They have some really great ideas for those who like to do at home projects! And the prices, are within budget! And don't get me started on their Halloween ?? sections, cause they are just full of awesomeness..”
“Super low prices, quite a varying spectrum of types of items available, clean & spacious changing rooms. Someone recommended Ross as having a large selection of maternity clothes, but unfortunately this location did not. Still found some cute chair pillows and a soft cat dome for very low prices.”

“Was a great experience customer service woman was fantastic help me out with my expired Kohl's cash. Very friendly staff they should be paid more. I saw many staff members running around the store and dealing with multiple issues. Kohl's management does not put enough people on the floor it's amazing within the past few years how diminished the amount of employees are in the stores. Corporate CEO makes sick money and the people working the floor make next to nothing and then they pushed these credit cards on people way too much. I've even seen them push it on employees I hate to say it. But the experience you'll get shopping in this Kohl's is a good one all things desire clean bright wallet organized and friendly staff.”

My family and I shop occasionally here and Mary is someone who is bringing us back to shop more. Not only did she have such delightful conversations with us accompanied by such wonderful joy, she gave us insights on our purchase and our experience that have inspired us to keep coming more frequently. “It's crazy....too top place. I bought a lot of things there. Great prices and excellent quality. Great service too... I visited Ross in Fortwayne, downtown Chicago and one far from downtown Chicago. All at the same level. It's a shame that I'm in Brazil and don't have many opportunities to visit the USA. If I ever go there again I will visit Ross for sure. And what's more, I'm going to post lots of photos....I had to have Ross all over the planet.”

“I enjoy shopping and Forman Mills The Price is Right the only thing that I wish that they will order is some mobile wheel for disabled because I am disabled and there's others that would love to shop into the store if we are able to get around a little more better but other than that I love shopping the manager the employees they helped me out to be able to get my things because of my ability it will help a lot if we had a mobile .Wheels to be able to get around to shop better but just after all we are disabled people and we like to shop too our ability don't.don't stop us”

“Have you visited the Kohl’s in Hodgekin’s? It is my favorite Kohl’s to shop, because they always have the items I love and the associates are always super nice and helpful.”
“I don't think I have to say this, but this place is expensive! There are $200 running shoes where you can go several miles up the street, and the running store has them for only $140! This is also a bougie place (my word of the week, haha). It's a large department store and extremely well lit/bright. For such a large store, there's not many employees. The bathrooms can be hard to find. I recommend it here vs. the food courts6 (yuck). The women's bathroom is on the lower levels, and the men's is on the top floor. The staff I interacted with have been friendly, but I see them get frustrated with some of the clientele. Too bad none of the men's clothes don't fit me. Everything here runs large and boxy. Maybe that's a good thing because it saves me a lot of money, haha.”

“I was in Oak Lawn Home Goods this week and found a perfect piece of furniture! Mike, one of the associates, was extremely helpful to me and answered some questions I had regarding the appropriateness of the furniture in my foyer space. He also gave me a measuring tape so I could double check the measurements of my trunk so that the piece would fit, and it did! His customer service was excellent and he and another associate named Tom assisted me in loading the furniture into my SUV. Home Goods has the best curated products and the nicest people work there. Would definitely recommend this fun and very eclectic store !! There is something for everyone looking to decorated their home.”
“It’s actually refreshing to have someone help you that goes out of their way. I was really having a bad day until I had my interaction with Kelly. She took extra time to help me out without the typical eye roll or bad attitude. This girl knows customer service. She helped me find what I needed and also made me laugh and brighten my day. “I very rarely buy steak at big stores like Meijer, but I have to tell you, the last two times I have purchased at Meijer Homer Glen Illinois, they were been amazing. I recently purchased 2 N Y strips as I had company coming, that were unbelievable. The price was competitive and the young man behind the counter was very gracious. Cooked in a lodge heavy pan, they were as tender, juicy and flavorful as any steak I have ever eaten. Thank you Meijer Homer Glen.”

“A deaf staff fulfilling an order cart was willing to stop and help me instead. I had first approach another employee who pointed to where the bottled water was located - "the wall". However, there were only about 6 to 7 items each (drinking and distilled) left and worst yet they were all on the top shelf! So I needed a step stool, but was unable to locate one nearby. Unlucky I saw a staff member with an order cart approaching but when he signed I realized he couldn't understand. I had a facemask on! Knowing he is on a time schedule to fulfill his cart I decided to go back to the first employee who pointed the bottle location. But for some reason he ignored my request, and so I decided to go back to resolve the problem myself. This is when I noticed the deaf employee was still waiting for me. I pointed to where I needed him for help. Being tall he was able to grab 12 bottles (I signed 6 drinking and 6 distilled each), but he had to work hard because the items were all on the far edge. I thanked him several times to show my appreciation. If not for his patience to wait, I might have gotten hurt because I was determined to climb and get my waters. Must be the Holy Spirit nudging him to wait and help an impatient customer!”
