9 year Resident, never had an issue. people are quiet, the park enforces rules. Front desk manager always has and will take care of needs also park has a Mantenence team that work 7 days a week. No people hang out, there are 2 parks and 1 pool that have been open every year.

Lot fees are a $1000 a month. If you need anything. Good luck, there’s only one office lady who’s in charge of the whole park, so she’s always extremely busy so you have to talk to the “answering service” which can’t do anything but “send her a message”

Terrible very expensive very unprofessional office manager the only thing you can count on is rent increases every year if you're looking for mobile homes look elsewhere that's not owned by this company...Also for the person saying that they can keep rent down because the taxes should help keep price down, your correctThey don't pay taxes because countryside is exempt from taxes I was informed by our last governor. So why is the rent constantly increasing...Greed!

The worst place to live office workers talk to you with an attitude they don’t respect people I heard many stories from neighbors that they really regret moving in and many people have problems here so if you’re thinking about moving here please don’t this place is a joke the owners have favorites on which families can have pets

The owner of this place has such a stuck up condescending attitude! I stopped by to inquire about purchasing a home from here. He rolled his eyes at me and judged me based off my appearance and my work vehicle thinking I was poor. Lol… Too bad for him I found a another beautiful mobile home park up north that I paid near 100k for! Haha

They constantly raise the LOT RENT every year!!! There is no need for that because this community with all the shopping centers and the stores and all the car dealerships in the area bring enough revenue to keep property taxes down!!! If you're a new buyer here....your LOT rent will be over $1000!!! Per Month!!! They don't even offer recycling!!!!!

Prior to new management I would say this place was 5star, but new management company Bayshore has raised rents astronomically every year. I’ve been here over 20years and am doing research for land so I can pick up my home and moved from here eventually. Its not easy to find land to buy where they will let you place a manufactured home on in most places in IL or in Countryside won’t allow itAll it all its got pros and consWhen you call in – your calling some answering service most of the time and getting a call back is slim to none. It’s a miracle when you reach the actual property manager who is the person you really want to talk to, She’s been here prior to new management and has a relationship with the residents but getting ahold of her is a challenge.New owners have made some cosmetic improvements to the Street signs and stops signs to match their brand colors, but probably an unnecessary expense. The renovated the Community Room – looks beautiful but ridiculously expensive to rent, $250 for 4 or 5 hours plus a cleaning deposit, its better/cheaper to have a party or get together offsite at the Park District or anywhere else.(lack of parking too)The pool used to have a paid lifeguard, now its swim at your own risk, they close it during regular ours sometimes. Pool bathrooms is shady, showers have only cold water. Not sure how well it gets cleaned. Id rather hit the gym for a swim at the pool.**Recently the main water line has burst twice this year... shutting off the water without notifying residents... Little worried about winter.During winter they do have trucks to shovel the streets but only salt the main entrance, so side streets remain covered in snow unless you shovel and salt it yourself. There’s only one way in and out of the park.We have a back gate access walk through to Ideal school/Park during school hours only, shame because they have a nice track and courts for exercise, but now you must drive all the way around to it if the gate is locked. And during the winter heavy snow the area is never shoveled so its hazardous for the kids to walk through too. Also Been some recent graffiti activity that spoiled that for us, apparently the City of Countryside wants to keep us from going that way now too.The Countryside area is great though, still safe, and quiet, super close to big box stores and groceries, vehicle maintenance shops and the school district is amazing. But for what rent and mortgage are on a Manufactured home in this Park in particular its almost equal to a decent 150-200k house just not in this area you won’t find many of those outside of condos.Manufacture Park owners don’t have to adhere to the same regulations as most Landlords do, so they get away with raising the rent so high you can’t afford it and have to forfeit your home that you paid for unless you can afford and have a place to move it too.

Office management here is very poor. The building management likes to harass the tenants about having guests, parking vehicles infront of their own home, towing vehicles that belong to the guests/home owners and sending pictures of the home and surrounding areas as "updates" of being watched. Management seems very worried about the race of your guests that arrive as well. The Management team seems to favor certain guests over others when it comes to allowing pets on the premises.Head manager favors guests that they have after hours relations with.

The area is clean, they have a pool and plenty of parking space for visitors.
