I would like to stay the customer service was horrible, The heavy set lady behinds the register was unprofessional , I was waiting at the register for about 5 minutes, She was having a conversation whit another gentleman on the side near the lottery station, I brought something it was the wrong thing that I brought so I tried to go back in get my money back she claim all sales are final but there is no sign saying that at all , I feel like she was being lazy and ain’t feel like going back in to the register and getting my money back Horrible customer service.

Horrible women at the counter.Obese woman had the nerve to laugh when I was trying to pay and was having trouble. The problem was I was faster then she could ring me up so I told her “I did this already”. Extremely rude and obnoxious. Will NEVER ? go there again.

I just didn't like that the lady tried to scam $1 off me. $1 Dollar!! So I'm trying to buy a Naked drink that is posted for $3.99. And the moment of paying the lady adds an extra dollar. So now she wants me to pay $5+ with tax for a $3.99 drink. I told her her tags on the merchandise is wrong. She said ok and looked away.

Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. The heavy set blonde lady behind the counter had an attitude with every single thing she said to me when I was just trying to prepay gas. She acted like I was her child nitpicking every thing that I said until I just walked out without even getting gas. I don't want to diss the facility as a whole, just the one employee.

I would not recommend this car wash. It broke down while I was inside it and during the malfunction my tire popped. I spent hours getting my car towed and my tire fixed and the manager said it was their fault (clearly) and they would pay all my expenses. They are not being prompt with reimbursement and now they won't return my calls. I am not one to write negative reviews but this is a poorly run establishment and I would stay away!
