Ordinarily the service at Autobarn is great but I was unnecessarily inconvenienced this time. I made an appointment to have a 35,000 mile maintenance review as well as have one of my electric windows repaired. The appointment was for 7:30. When I got there I was informed the tech needed to repair my window was off for the remainder of the week. This required another appointment and a return trip. Why I couldn’t have been informed ahead of time about this was not explained. I had to make arrangements with my wife to pick me up for both appointments when it should only have been once. You not only unconvinced me but also my wife and that just added to my displeasure,

We loved, loved, loved our experience at Autobarn Subaru in Countryside! We were in the market for a new Subaru and after reviewing dealerships online we decided to come to Autobarn Subaru in Countryside from the northwest suburbs! Well, it was worth the trip. Everyone we met from our sales consultant Sergio L., to Tim. T. to Ronnie, to the cashier, was so helpful, professional, and courteous. And most of all I feel we got a great price on the car we wanted - literally, the car of our dreams! We are so happy to be new "Subies". I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The level of patience and commitment to making sure we left happy was outstanding. Our salesman Freddy pulled several cars for us, checked stock, answered every question we had, and was NEVER pushy. I appreciate the fact that he was making sure our needs were met, not trying to upsell. The manager Mike was extremely patient with us too. He went above and beyond to get us the financing and the vehicle we wanted, even checking different states. We ended up with a vehicle that was on-site and couldn't be happier. Shout out to their cashier Celeste for being the sweetest and so kind. She took her time to count through our down payment and even though it was past 9pm, she was still there with a smile. Lastly, the process of finance was a breeze. The finance manager Abe walked us through the paperwork and explained anything I had a question about. He was also super informative about add on packages without being pushy into something we didn't want. Overall, we have been repeat customers and will continue to refer people to this location. Such a great staff and experience.

They treated us like Toyota dealers (pre-covid) used to. Straight to the point, no tacked on surcharges like $1500 lo-jack or $799 windshield protection that we experienced with numerous Toyota dealers. Walked away with an Outback several thousand under MSRP. Plenty of stock, and everyone from the Subaru dealer was pleasant to deal with.

Although my purchasing experience with Abdel was very positive at this location, the management is so disrespectful that I would never recommend purchasing a car from this location. Eddie, who I unfortunately had to work with was a completely pathetic excuse for a manager? His lack of concern for my safety was so blatantly disrespectful. He turned his back and walked away from me while I was still expressing my concerns. When I addressed this and told him I believed he had extremely poor costumer service, he told me that it "sucks" I think that. Honestly it's embarrassing that this is the individual in charge. He needs to learn how to properly communicate with customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Absolute horrible management. I cannot believe the way I was spoken to and mistreated by the manager Eddie. He is beyond incompetent, and should not be allowed to hold this job. He has no ability to speak to people, or back up his products. He walked away from me as I was speaking to him. You will be stuck with many issues, as my brand new Subaru Forester 2023 broke down less than 2 months after purchasing on the side of the road. With not a single care from the manager. Please save your time and money. Although I will say I had the most incredible salesman, Abdel, he was extremely helpful, informative, patient and kind.

I paid $9.62 for shipping. Seller shipped at media mail for $3.92 and I wound up having to pay $1.13 postage due and wait 2 extra days to receive delivery. Not impressed.Added - Was refunded shipping cost.

Do not buy from here!! Worst decision ever made. They are very good at scamming you. Now I'm stuck with a car I can't drive cause it's literally sitting in my drive way broken down and a warranty that they scammed me into paying for doesn't cover a damn thing. This business should be ashamed of the way they scam people. If I could give zero stars I would. Tried calling them and all they do is put me on hold and no one ever comes on. I did get a hold of the manager once with the number he gave me and he was pissed cause I called him on his day off and literally hung up on me. How is anyone suppose to know he's off. Then don't give out your personal cell number!!!!! Disgusting business

I reserve reviews for exceptional service only and Courtney within the service department provided just that. She was willing to listen, empathetic, and a pleasure to work with. Autobarn is lucky to have such a great employee and I hope she’s recognized because of it - Max (one happy customer)

Worst dealership in Illinois! Period. Arrogant lying bastards. This dealership doesn't care about their customers! Period. Long gone are the days where "The customer is always right." Let the buyer beware! You will be playing with fire! Prepare to be burned to a crisp, by highly unethical people and practices! They literally are the proverbial "Wolves in sheeps' clothing." Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this dishonest bunch at all costs. I am reporting them to Subaru national headquarters, the Better Business Bureau, and the Illinois State's Attorney! Yes I am that upset with their basic lack of care for me as a human being. No matter how great their products they peddle are, I refuse to continue to reward bad behavior. And just like the law of Karma states, "Inflict bad upon someone, expect to be punished 10 times worse in return!" This is NOT a threat of Violence! Just let us honest customers stand together and no longer give our hard-earned dollars to blatant criminals! Stick it to them where it hurts the most!: Their pocket books!
