“Had my vehicle towed to Highline on 1/9/26 the day after my wife got water in the engine due to driving through my block when it was flooded with heavy rain water the night prior which then the car stalled and it wouldn’t turn on so it had to be picked up by a tow truck. Saturday 1/10/26 received a call from the shop notifying me of the steps they would need to take to address the issue which involved an oil drain and refill on the oil,transmission fluid and front and rear differential fluid change as well as removing the water inside the engine and replacing the engine filter. Fast forward to today 1/12/26 I was notified my vehicle was complete and ready for pickup, I am beyond satisfied with the amazing customer service and the great work that was done to fix me vehicle. My car runs even better than it did before! These guys did an amazing job and I will 1000% be coming here for future repairs as well as recommending this place to others. Thank you!”

“Maas Auto is the best auto shop I've been to in the 10 years of owning my Honda Civic, across a bunch of different states. They're incredibly honest and efficient. Last summer, my car's AC broke. I brought it to a dealer, they were unable to fully diagnose the issue, and needed me to spend more to continue investigating it. I brought it to Maas Auto for a second opinion. The service reps there seemed to have more knowledge + experience on the issue. They took the time to answer all of my questions so I fully understood the problem and my options. They replaced my compressor and charged a fraction of the dealer's estimate. Today my car's tire pressure light went on. I called, they said I didn't need an appointment, came in, and they fixed the issue very quickly. They are just extremely competent, high integrity people in every interaction I've had with them!”

“I’ll start off by saying I’ve purchased many vehicles and have never before been impressed with the salesperson’s knowledge of the vehicle or the dealer experience.
TED, who’s been selling Hyundais since the mid 90s, WOWED me. He knew so much about the vehicle in question, the history of Hyundai and was not at all pushy (no kidding, he’s the first car salesman I’ve ever met that reads the owners manuals. His detailed knowledge is simply exceptional). Sandy Munoz in the business office was also great (no BS, no nonsense).
I negotiated a price over the phone (I shopped around to make sure I was getting the best out the door price with no dealer extras). It was a seamless process. And I genuinely enjoyed chatting with Ted while the paperwork was drawn up. The only thing I’d suggest for the dealership, is to agree to provide the out the door price via email in writing so that customers can easily compare. It’s the mark of a truly honest dealer that is competing on customer service and not price (I’m happy to pay a bit more for a dealer that does that). Overall though, a good dealer experience. I can certainly see why they have so many 5 star reviews”
“This dealership was fantastic to buy from especially if you are in a hurry or not wanting to spend a half a day to a day at a dealership while trying to trade in and buy a vehicle. I was in and out within 90 minutes max doing a trade as well as buying a new vehicle with financing. I worked with Rick to begin with over the phone and then JR handled the transaction. Prices were extremely fair and I hear this dealerships service center is excellent versus the other one that is close by. I also appreciate it the fact that they put on some upgrades to the truck like a hard tunnel, cover, running boards, ceramic coating everywhere and a few other things I can’t remember, and they were more than willing to negotiate on the cost of those upgrades which made it so I had a truck that was ready to go upgraded and I didn’t have to do anything after buying.”

My biz Heather and Vine needed a new battery. They picked up our Ford Transit van, replaced the battery quickly so we were back in biz same day. Then the rear window imploded and they had a window repair guy come to their facility to replace it. And last but not least while driving the tire came off the rim.
