This was my first time purchasing a mattress and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and service at this location of American Mattress. Trystan answered all of our questions with a ton of background knowledge on each brands mattress type and he never made us feel pressured to pick a certain brand/mattress.

We just dropped in to check out our mattress options and left with a new mattress and box spring. Brian was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, likeable and in the end, without even asking us to make a purchase, he convinced us by his actions to go ahead and buy what we liked.

Sam assisted us and educated us in the process and helped narrow down what our specific needs were based on numerous factors. There was no pressure and he worked diligently to answer all of our questions! This was an amazing buying experience and I’m so grateful for our purchase! We went into the store with specific needs. Our salesperson, Sam Albano, explained the process that his store has. We all quickly came to the conclusion that our needs, as snow birds, weren’t top end, but middle. This means in terms of long term durability of the mattress. Sam explained everything very well. We were in and out in 30 minutes, with free delivery, set up, and removal of old mattress and box spring at no extra cost. Very professional and friendly experience. Zero upsell pressure. A+ to Sam

One of our best retail experiences. Sam at Countryside American Mattress was knowledgeable , helpful and direct. Delivery was on time within the 2 hr window and they were in and out in under 10 minutes. Great all around!
