Came in needing a very specific set screw that I expected to have to make multiple stops or end up modifying something else to work in its place instead Gencar was able to match it up perfectly and get me back on the job friendly service and had what I needed in a pinch

I'm honestly pissed that anyone says anything bad about this place. Everyone there has always been super super nice. Just went there again today to find a very odd ball bolt with a hex head half thread. And guess what? They had it!!! And didn't even charge me. Love this place!
