Don’t show up an hour before they close, they WILL NOT wash your car was only going because they are local and really wanted a wash during the winter months. They already half wash your car??? and now they are turning down money!!

Horrible car wash they don’t close until 6pm I got there 4:45 they said I couldn’t get a car wash. I ask why he said he didn’t feel like it. I even offered a $20 tip she said no thank you I don’t feel like. I only come here because it’s close to my house but they are the worst car wash around.

November 4th on a Saturday, I went to wash my car at the wash here, which I have been coming here for years, and i was excited about the new system they have where the blower system is set really high they don't need to hand dry anymore. Unfourntely the blower was set so high as my car went through it the blower blew off a piece of trim on the driver side door. I contacted the manager immediately, he looked over my car and took a statement and pictures. During that time I asked him for a number for someone I can speak to in order to get the repairs done. He didn't give me a phone number, he said there are cameras everywhere and they would look into it and take care of me. With a piece of mind I left the gas station waiting for a phone call. One week later still no call so I went back and spoke with the same person again. He said to hold on while he made a call. Came back to me and said he talked to his boss and the boss stated that if the trim was loose then there's nothing they can do about it. I asked for another phone number for his boss and he still refuses to give me a phone number. I can't believe the car wash spent all this money on this new system, and they refuse to take responsibility for damages that they have caused. The piece of trim on my vehicle was not loose, it was damaged by the new blower system. I advise not using this car wash due to the terrible customer service.

My friend had a terrible experience at this car wash. The blower broke off a piece of his trim and they refused to repair it. Even more so they refused to give him a phone number for his supervisor. No one even called him when they promised to.

November 9, 2023 at 12:36pm I stop into this car wash to have a basic wash and tire shine. I've had my car cleaned inside and out here, with never having to experience damage to my car. On this particular day as my car was going through the process of washing the outside..me on the inside was feeling uneasy and a bit nervous because the brushes made a sound that was screeching the body of my car especially the doors, it was like a gripping that sucked my passenger side mirror right off the base of the door. Throughout the remainder of the wash my mirror was left dangling from the attached wires from my vehicle.Since the upgrade of the facility.I, nor my car has never experienced such a dramatic and horrific car wash. Their new equipment, their too expensive prices along with their new brushes and poor business practices..no accountability and not being responsible for destroying the property of others is not a people, nor business "I will not" continue to support! The manager never returned my calls nor acknowledged that he would at least personnally meet with me.The employee that was in charge that day did apologize and he took my information for the manager whoever he is, to contact me..but I'm sorry is not going to pay for the expensive damage that was done to my car.Oh well..this particular car wash in CCHills on Cicero ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!:(

This place really took a turn in the wrong direction. Prices for a wash went up and the service went down. The new remodel automatic wash is trash. No, wipe down after exiting the wash and no 5-7 day guarantee.Services: Auto detailing

Went to this place today to get a wash and interior clean. For what I paid for it ($32) it wasn't worth it. My car was still dirty along the running boards. Keep in mind, there were four people working on my car and it still was dirty. Never will I ever go here againServices: Vacuuming

Terrible! I drive up to the first booth and wait. No one shows up after I wait for five minutes so I drive up to the garage. Again, no one tells me what to do so I walk into the garage to ask for instructions. I get sent around to the wash side but no one is there. I have to get back out of my truck to ask more questions. One of the workers then tells me that someone is on their way around.I pay and go through the wash but again no one tells what to do next. The guy at the end of the wash leaves and walks around the corner so I follow and ask what to do next? He sends me back around to the detail garage. Well, it turns out that this was the guy that was suppose to dry and shine my tires smhThe interior clean time - with only 2 cars in front of me, I am told that there is a 1 to 2 hour wait! Also, keep in mind that I now have spotty windows and dirty windows. I could not wait to get out of here! The wash in Matteson is cheaper and has much better service.

Car was still dirty afterwards, I had to by my own cleaning supplies and finish the job myself! …I will definitely NOT be coming back!!
