At first, I was nervous about my visit because I had never been there. After being politely greeted by one of the workers and guided to the back, I felt welcomed. The staff was very respectful and asked how my morning was. They showed interest in me, which made me feel more relaxed and open. The worker told me her name, but I forgot. I can't forget how awesome she was at drawing my blood. She was so thorough and swift that she drew my blood in under a minute. I am extremely satisfied with my visit and highly recommend it!!!!

I arrived at 3:27pm although they close at 4pm for a walk in for blood work. After ten minutes of waiting They stated they do not take walk ins after three. Nothing online stated that or I would have elected to go to another place. The worker spent more time explaining how they would never get out of work if they took walk ins . Maybe I’m wrong but I felt it could have been handled better.

I wish I could give this place negative stars because that is how bad they are. The day I took my 17 year old daughter, the young lady who took her blood was rude, unfriendly, and very ruff while drawing my daughters blood. I wish I had her name. I will be calling to find out.

My appoointment was 11:30. I walked up at 11:00 and I was attended to. The phlebotomist was friendly, professional and experienced. She poked me only ones and the job done quicker.
