Explain to me why five walk-ins like myself was serviced before me because they wanted pedicures! I only wanted a manicure. Service is very poor!!

My husband received a no chip manicure from this establishment June 21,2023. I witnessed no one cleaning any of the materials used. I asked them to clean his instruments all they did was spray them and told me they were already sanitized. When we left my husband said his finger felt funny. We figured maybe they nicked his cuticle. Well to find out they gave him a bad infection. It’s now 3months later his finger is now worse. He’s been to the hospital now twice due to it. We are now seeking legal action. They wouldn’t even administer a refund. Hope they get closed down soon. The video is how his finger started to swell when he first got them done.

DO NOT GO HERE! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt even after I saw all the bad reviews because there walking distance from my house, but I came for a plain soak off, first the water was boiling hot, than they didn’t even soak all the acrylic fully off so he decided to take his DIRTY NAILS and dig under the acrylic with his nails! to lift it than when he couldn’t get it all he took a drill on my natural nails and kept drilling and it burned I flinched like 4 times than finally spoke up and told him stop now it burns, I told him I’ll just do the rest myself and paid and left! I still had acrylic on my nails too. Please stay away from this place the inside is nasty and not up to date and you can tell really only older people go because the prices are really cheap and now I know why!

I have been going here for two years straight for the nail tech name Tran , and after today I will not go here anymore. Tran was rude & disrespectful during this last visit when there was a misunderstanding about how and the color I wanted my nails in which I tried to communicate... Everywhere I go, I respect every establishment time and craft… I am not sure if he had a bad day. There are so many nail techs, and I have chosen to go to him for two years, but after today there is no reason to support such disrespectful, and rude behavior.Services: Nail painting

The lady was sweet but the job was BOTCHED. I asked for square with rounded sides. She didn’t know what that was without me showing a picture. It still didn’t come out in any real shape. The polish job was horrible. She gave me a $12 discount. Spent $200 between me and my mom.Services: Pedicure

Rude.! I Wouldn’t Recommend. I Came In For Pedicure Nobody Spoke, Let Me Pick Color Not Even Run My Water In Atleast Let Me Soak. Someone Else Walked In 20mins After Me They Took Her Infront Of Me. Wouldn’t Spend My Money!

At first it seems like many other nail salons. But on closer inspection the place is dirty and unsanitary. Floors, tables, and chairs were full of dust, debris etc. Came in right at opening so it's not because they were working all day. I didn't pay enough attention with my pedicure but I'm pretty sure the tools were not sanitized. Sat down to get my manicure and the tools were just sitting there from the other person. I asked if they were cleaned and the guy just sprayed some alcohol on them. I told him I want clean ones and he tried to ignore me. When I got up, he said okay and went in the back for more, but who knows if those were actually cleaned or not. Do not go here.Services: Manicure

TRAN is the ABSOLUTELY BEST nail artist that I've been to in a long time!!! He pays attention to detail, doesn't rush, and he is highly requested!! If you go to Nancy's, request Tran!!!! My fill in gel no-chip (color #192) was $40! That's a good price! They also have a discount if you pay in cash.

my biggest pet peeve is asking before service if a tech can do something and then finding out at the end or right before the end that they can't. i went specifically for valentines nails. i made that clear at the start of the service but i didn't get them nor did i leave a satisfied customer. my nails are lumpy and i'm even and there is acrylic dust trapped under some of the polish. save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else. they will lie and you will leave disappointed!
