I witnessed the alleged manager treating a new customer terribly because they didn't understand a policy. Rather than treat the customer like a human being and help, the manager berated them and treated them unfairly. The lack of professionalism is disappointing.

They are fabulous. They keep a record of your information and can call ahead. I highly recommend them!

This place is never open on time and then they yell out to the paying customers bc we are waiting for the doors to open it is 11:30 and they have yet to open up .. they need to be put under new management

Corey the store manager is a liar and a huge headache. We ordered from off line for DTLR. We had the order # and the UPS tracking number with the government name, debit card that was used including customer service on the phone and this guy still didn't want to give us our order. We never received a confirmation email or pin from the Store. I'm never ordering on line again. We also filed a complaint. SMH go to 119th Marshfield DTLR.
