This is the Worst Currency Exchange Ever! It's Nasty in there. I Stink! The staff is Rude! I just called because I sent my daughter to get purchase my plate sticker, and they gave my daughter a temporary sticker. I said no I want my money back. She yelled and screamed at me saying they don't do refunds and the whole time she was talking to me when she first picked up the phone, she was rude. She sounded like by her tone, an African woman. But she didn't have to be so rude and disrespect. Then she hung the phone up in my face. I will take my business somewhere else! I hope the city close that Nasty place Down!!! How Dare she disrespect me!

I don’t know who you report currency exchanges to, but best believe I’m going to find out. The customer service at this location has to be the worst in the business. If not, shame on whatever location tops them. They are rude and couldn’t careless about what attitude they give you. It’s like they know that nothing will happen. No recourse! What did it for me was when the lady threw a check back at me saying they couldn’t cash it because it was more than 9 days old. It was a STATE-issued refund and it was beyond that amount of time when I received it! She turned up her nose as if I was trying to pull something over on her. I don’t dispute policy but I think it’s been YEARS since I last saw good employees in there. Hence why it’s been YEARS since I’ve gone there. To he** with them and their horrible service. I wouldn’t doubt that they hire friends/family because lately the new workers just seem to be strikingly similar in more ways than one. Thankfully, I don’t need them to survive. I do have a bank account. I just didn’t feel like driving and was going to use the small check for spending money over the weekend, but for the people that do need them, they deserve much better than the unprofessional, horrible customer service served with a large side of attitude that these folks dish out on a daily basis. Took my tail right on home and did a mobile deposit. We deserve better!

Very rude , unprofessional, customer service is horrible … lady at window was making jokes about my tax refund check with the other co workers … was rolling her eyes and just the worst experience I’ve ever had going to a currency exchange and it was my first time going to this one I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN ….

I wish I could give this place 0 stars on may 08,2020 at 1:48pm the fat light skin girl was eating chipotle as I walked in and Then acted as if she was deaf. An rudely said we don’t accept cash use the atm! I just instantly walked out very rude unprofessional unpresentable workers.

Recently went into this business and received terrible customer service. The employee did not want to accept my money. Workers should understand the ethics of how to treat a customer who is utilizing a business. Please look into hiring and screening appropriate applicants that will help you gain business rather than loose business. This employee also used inappropriate language to me as well as the supervisor/manager not fixing the matter.9/2018Many Complaints have been filed concerning this branch employees customer service.Negative EnvironmentPlease make changes.
