“Branch Manager Nichole Cage at the Chicago Heights location is phenomenal. She was able to help me with a transaction that I desperately needed to take care of. I have been a long standing customer since the bank was Austin Bank of Chicago in the 80's, then later became ABC Bank, now Old Second Bank. I know there're not as large as Chase, Boa, Us Bank to name a few, I can't imagine transferring to some other institution, I have always been satisfied with the service I receive there, and was more so when the chgo hts location switched over so that I didn't have to travel to the 92nd street lication..location. Thank you Nichole and 02 Bank for your service!!!!”
“Popped in on a Tuesday and had their 4 pc Tender special and potato wedges. The tenders were tasty and the wedges were just like I remember from my childhood - nothing like em! It's pretty much a take out place, with only 2 booths... but dine in for the full experience.”

Stay longer than an hour and you will probably find enough items to spend at least 300.00 to 400.00 bucks. You can end up purchasing a vehicle here if you want to save a few thousand dollars. Fresh cooked food available for a moderate price.”

“Last week Friday I stopped at the O2 Bank on Boughron Rd. in Bolingbrook for the purpose of replacing a Debit card. I sat there for at least 15 minutes and then was told the system that makes the card was down. Really? 15 minutes.I left the bank and called the O2 Bank on Cass. Their Debit card machine was working. Whatta know!I walk in the Cass Ave O2 Bank had a banker named Connie Villagomez take me to sit down at a desk, ask me what I needed and I had my new Debit card in less than 10 minutes. I just want the O2 Bank to know what kind of employee Connie is. I went from being literally a disgusted customer at the Boughton Rd.
