I also appreciate that they let you look over/approve their recommended services through your phone. This is a very solid shop with good attention to detail regarding the costumer experience. “My husband had been a customer of this place long before we were married.Now married, we have had them service the various vehicles we've owned for nearly 25 years.Archer Alignment does NOT disappoint!!Now we live 8 hours out of state. Sure do miss their service. However, on a very recent drive back to visit I encountered front right wheel issue/s and I thought perhaps brakes and who knows what else!!Dana(the owner) was able to get me in within just a few days.The technician that drove the car and ultimately identified the problem was Jake. He was incredibly helpful, thorough and kind. He gave me much needed relief when he fixed the problem (lug nuts LOOSENING during my 8 hr. “I have a Dodge Caravan with a sensitive tire sensor. Halmar and his technician aired up the tires and they put it on the screen to check that the sensors were all good. I also had a Chevy pick up with one mismatched tire. They were able to find a excellent used one and installed that. Nice people!!”

There have been a few time I called about a problem I was having with my car and they usually let me drop it off the night before and work on it the next day. The last time I went in there they had parked my car in the adjacent lot and drove it up to the door so I wouldn't have to go get it. The work they do is also pretty quick and affordable which is great!”
