Richard and his team did both of our houses. They did the entire first floor of one and the basement and bedrooms and stairs in the other. They were very knowledgeable and honest about the work needed. Plus, the cost to do both houses were budget friendly and our flooring turned out beautifully. Definitely recommend using them for your next flooring project!

Had to wait almost 4 weeks to have it installed because they did not let us know when the carpet was in. We actually had to finally call them and they had the audacity to say they were waiting on us...why would you wait on us when we ordered the carpet? Did not put in base boards and didn't let us know that was an extra option..Told us after the fact "sorry we forgeot to let you know that was a seperate option". Then carpet is finally installed and all we do is step on staples due to bad instalation .Seriously we keep stepping on staples comming out from the carpet. Very very bad service will never use them again. Not even for a floor in a dog house. YES I AM 100% A VERIFIED CUSTOMER I CAN SHOW YOU MY RECIEPT. YOU GUYS DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON MY BASEMENT CARPET... WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO POST PICTURES BECAUSE I CAN

Cortland flooring just completed engineered oak and vinyl sheet goods in my house 6/13/2023. The workmanship was professional and the results are stunning. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve never been less satisfied with a service…. And I don’t just mean the actual labor but the customer service was horrible. The attitude towards a customer is something I have NEVER and will NEVER put up with again..

I would give this company a zero but unfortunately that’s not possible. I’ve attempted to reach out for a quote multiple times but didn’t get a response. I’ve heard bad reviews from multiple people that have used them in the past and I still tried to give them a chance. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to a friend. Disappointed to say the least
