Has the worst pharmacy staff. They have completely no customer service skills, except for one gentleman in there.

Disappointed to be left in the pharmacy drive thru so the pharmacy team could take a meal break. Its Not posted in the online hours. The vehicle in front got Waited on, but we were not. No conversation, just a Meal break time sign to be found inside in front of the closed pharmacy window.

Terrible Photo center service. They shouldn't advertise or offer one hour service when it can't be provided. Placed an order on Monday evening and it wasn't even started when I went there at noon on Tuesday to pick up. Of course the guy there working blamed it on the night shift, not sure what he had been doing all morning, definitely not printing pictures because he told me they had 50 orders entered, but the machine wasn't running.

Rude, unkind, hateful Pharmacy staff - consistently awful for years. Zero compassion. Not an ounce of friendliness or professionalism here.My daughter’s insurance mandates Walgreens or WalMart. We just drive to Waterloo Walmart to bypass the Columbia Walgreens but had no choice but for vaccinations but had to use the Walgreens for vaccinations.It was the same duo: the angry-all-the-time blonde & hateful brunette women that have worked there for years (& the reason I eventually changed to CVS)I had the audacity to arrive 7 mins early for our appts.. the blonde berated me for over 8 mins, telling me “the online apts don’t matter” because they don’t factor in how busy the pharmacy staff is (it was 1:30pm & no other customers in sight..) She could have handed me the paperwork clipboard & taken my paperwork back in a fraction of the time she wasted on verbally blasting me (for Walgreens own scheduling practice…)We sat in the chairs to wait & she started slapping her hand on the countertop hissing at me, “I need you up here!!” (For paperwork) She said we’d have to wait at another 30 -45 mins. We waited over an hour.I do not recommend this pharmacy. It’s a consistently awful experience every single time.

the pharmacist there is absolutely awful. she never fails to make you feel like a complete burden when you ask her to do her job by asking about your medication, prescription, or payment methods. it's like she doesn't know what her job is. and she's like this from the moment she answers the phone, ever single time. there is not a more miserable woman on the planet than her.

Literally the slowest service of all Walgreens in all of the nations. I can never get a prescription the same day it’s ordered.

Terrible. Avoid this place if you can. The store itself has the appearance of being unclean and not welcoming . The pharmacy is slow , disorganized, and the staff were short with me and others l observed. The person at the register asked if I had any questions. I did . One of my questions had to do with an inhaler which I have never used before . I asked if it was something that I had to use every 4 hours as a preventative measure or to use only when I was having a coughing fit. I was told it was up to me . This is the sort of response that I got with every specific question that I asked. Questions that I thought were equally reasonable. I just left . Earlier in the day, my prescription was called into the neighboring CVS and I got a message within 4 minutes of opening that everything was ready for pickup. Sadly, I discovered that my new insurance does not have an agreement with CVS . I asked for my prescriptions to be transferred to the Walgreens. About 10:30a.m. l went directly there where l had to wait a long time for service and then was told that the pharmacist was going on a break and they could not have my prescription ready until 1:30 . I gave them extra time and arrived at 3:00 and the gentleman still couldn't find my prescriptions. If I have to use Walgreens then I will have it called to a neighboring town and make the trip even if it takes an extra 20 minutes to avoid this particular location again .

I had scheduled an appointment for my husband and I to receive a vaccine and we both received confirmation emails. We arrived at our appointment time and they pharmacy manager said to the technician that she didn't want to just give two shots and they seemed annoyed we were there. Then they said they only had one shot and that we could go to Waterloo. We asked them to call the pharmacy before we left to be sure they had enough shots at the Waterloo location. They seemed annoyed but complied and said that Waterloo hung up on them 3 times... We ended up leaving. They were rude, incompetent and inconsiderate of our time when we had scheduled our appointments 3 days ago.

I wish I could use CVS but unfortunately I am stuck going to this pharmacy. Always slow, staff always seems like they do not what they are doing and they act as though their customers are a bother.

The reviews do not lie. The photo department has no idea how to use most of the equipment and are extremely unhelpful. They will act like its your fault for them not knowing how to do a basic copy of a document. They will keep their back to you while they play on the computer. They will be unhappy while they talk to you. Its overall a very frustrating experience and you will be better served finding somewhere else to handle your photo needs....and your pharmacy needs because that department is no better.

I am used to their long weights in the drive-through line to pick up prescriptions. I am also used to the fact that I generally have to wait 72 hours to pick up a refill for myself or my husband. today I went in with an appointment for an immunization arrived 25 minutes before the appointment hoping to get in on time or a little early I was there till 10 minutes after my appointment only to be told that they are too busy and he could not find my appointment so I wasted 35 minutes of my day and left with no immunization. The part that I find the most frustrating is that when I first talk to him 25 minutes prior to my appointment that he couldn't tell me all of this. this is my Second negative experience with an immunization appointment here. we were continuing to come here to keep all of our records in one place for years when we travel I am not sure it is worth it anymore
