Dee in the office is amazing! She’s always so kind. She’s knowledgeable about their services with if theirs a problem she will make sure it’s taken care of in a timely manner!

I made an online reservation for a 10X15 and had a confirmation number, which was valid for 7 days. 2 days after I made my reservation, I took a truck load of boxes to the storage facility, to find out they did not have a 10X15 unit, only 5X5 units available. They store all of the things that I do not have room for in my house out of five. The employees are nice and helpful and the problems, if you could call them that, have been fixed.
