I love this dealership and the people that work there . Big thanks to the car dealer I had , Ben Thomas and his assistant Whitney that made my car buying so easier and fast ! I was there and out with my new ride in 45 minutes. So looking for a nice car or truck or jeep ? Go check them out first you won’t be disappointed.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this dealership. Mike Jones sold me a Challenger and the service was nothing short excellent!! He was patient with me and not pushy at all. I will definitely be doing more business with this dealership.

I Had oil change and tire rotation on 2023 jeep wrangler rubicon, when I called Clements service dept. My appointment was booked for next day and service was done while I waited. Not like my [old] dealer service, that could only book oil change and tire rotate for 13 day later and I would have to leave jeep overnight.

Every aspect of my experience with the service department at Clement was a 10 out of 10. Service advisors were knowledgeable, respectful of my time, and easy to talk with. The technician treated my vehicle with respect, made requested repairs, and made recommendations on what to address in the future. I’m glad to see that Clement has turned around the mess that Royal Gate left and is on its way to providing excellent service to the community. Thanks to all involved.

Have a 2017 renegade that was purchased new at this location and has been almost exclusively maintained by this dealer. This included tons of recalls.
We have been having transmission issues at 80k miles and have been trying to get the vehicle in with them to get repaired. We have been calling for over a month now and each time is a different excuse. "We are waiting on approval for a rental". " Our mechanic is out to lunch he will call when he's back" etc etc. Each time no response without harassing them.
After a recall was performed on the engine we noticed missing bolts, pushpins and messed up hood latch cable. The under hood Mat was also falling off due to missing hardware. When we brought this up they reassured us they would fix it and they had no idea how this happened. When we got it back pretty much all of the issues remained except for the under hood liner.
The last time we had the oil changed we had our doubts that they actually performed the oil change. After crawling under and checking, sure enough the old oil filter was still installed.
The average person may not notice any of this, but as a licensed mechanic myself this is appalling. Could not be more unhappy with the quality of service, communication, and pride that this dealership has
(Edit). The dealership responded to this review and gave me a number to call. Well guess what, I called the number and no answer. I left a message saying call me back. Here we are several days later with no response. What a joke.

The Service Department and Advisors at Clement CDJR have always treated me with Courtesy. Their Tech’s are Competent & Capable. My vehicle is always returned clean. I recently took my vehicle in for an oil change. I asked them to please check a few other mechanical concerns I had. They honestly told me my concerns were unfounded and that I didn't need additional parts or service. That's service I can trust!

Ultimately, I had a decent experience buying my new truck. The only downside was when I asked about the rear headrest I was told they would look into it and ask the previous owner this meant if the previous owner doesn't have then I'll never get them.
I do recommend this dealer but if the vehicle is missing the floormat headrest make sure you get it in writing since clement will not honor it if they don't legally need to
