Although I did not end up buying a car during my visit, they provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. A woman greeted me the moment I stepped out of my vehicle. She offered her assistance and told me how I could ask for help should I need something, but did not helicopter around while I looked at the vehicles. Vehicles were clearly labeled and detailed. They all seemed in good-great condition. I would definitely go back there and I think about my wonderful experience often as I’ve visited many car places that do not offer the same customer service especially if you’re not too sure about buying.

Bobby and his staff have taken the stress out of the car shopping process. I can't say enough good things about them. Stop by and experience them for yourself. They continue to be a growing dealer in the car industry, plus now offer a transport service through Archway Auto Transport. ? Same great service.

I rarely write reviews, but had to this time! Our trusted mechanic highly recommended Bob Brooks and so glad that he did. What great people! Amazing service! No pressure at all, and it was quick and painless to buy a car -- financing, paperwork all buttoned up in no time. They do a great job, getting their cars checked out before sale and are very upfront. We will be back!

I was really impressed by their professional and personable manner. I had to sell my car so my dad would give me his car bc he can't drive anymore. I was really nervous about the whole process. They were so kind and patient and even handled the title change. I got a great deal on selling my car to them too. They handled it all. I told the owner that he has a future customer in me.
