I called asking why they never showed up when I took the afternoon off to meet with the rep. I said I was canceling the service. I got a call back saying it would be canceled . his last words to me "have a good day you f- - - - - - bitch".

Like many people who already posted I am receiving very spotty service both in regards to showing up and removing waste from the yard. Initial appointment was on time and a credit to my account was given. That was around the middle of April. They are suppose to be out every week to clean up the yard and of the 7-8 weeks since starting I have only seen someone at the house 2 times. I have cameras in my yard and can see who is in the StreetDrivewayYard. The 2 time that someone was at the house they were there for less than 5 minutes each time and a large portion of the yard was not cleaned up. I have called and complained a number of times with no resolution implemented. I can not recommend this business.

They hire employees that steal dogs. Your pet is not safe! If you find a stray dog you must make every attempt to reunite them, not make them yours.

Had this company for three months. Showed up only three times in those three months. Charged me full payment for all three months. But, I paid for two mo ths and have a check to prove it, yet sent me a bill for three months...hmmmm. I will go to court over this after reading and taking screen shots of other reviews. Don't do business with this scumbag! Not-to-mention, my lawn looks worse now in the 5 yrs we've been here. They use a little Rake which has left all the spots they picked up from now mud because they scrape to hard.

8/31/2020We love Doo Dah Dave's and have been customers for several years and at two different homes. They come every week as scheduled (like clockwork) and do a fantastic job! The gentleman who comes to our home is super friendly and pleasant - he always has a smile on his face! If my dogs are in the yard he'll interact with them and even give them a treat!One of our dogs passed away earlier this year and Dave offered to credit us since we pay per dog - and they also sent a sweet sympathy card. Dave has always been super responsive, prompt and quick to take action whenever I've reached out. Would recommend Doo Dah Dave's to anyone with a dog!

Started service on July 15, 2022, perfect. The next Friday came and no show, James showed up on Saturday. The next Friday, no show, so I messaged and they said James was sick and could come Sunday, told him Monday would be ok. Another Friday and no one showed, messaged again and Dave said James was here early like Wednesday or Thursday??? Don't think soo, my dogs don't p*** that much and I know fresh p**** Soo, I discontinued service and they are still charging for a week they never showed. Great Work Ethic......I only give 1 star because I can't give negative star's.

My service has been less than consistent. When he does show up he is here for 3 minutes or less and my yard still has lots of "doo". I have always paid early even when I didn't receive service. No more - finally just canceled and will "doo" it myself.

DONT DO IT! Save yourself and hire someone else. They are Disrespectful and lack integrity; don’t hire for service! I called about 2 weeks ago regarding my services that I have paid for for about a year. I noticed the dog piles were piling up and our multiple camera recording showed they hadn’t been to my house in some time. I even have a ring door bell that never showed them here. When I called they said there was snow in my yard that hadn’t melted. I explained there hadn’t been snow in my yard for more than a week. I was hung up on. Today I received a bill in the mail in regards to payment (mind you for services not rendered as agreed). I called and the lady that answer the phone talked over me the whole time and then hung up on me. Absolutely no customer service support what do ever! I never want anything for free. Just for the services I paid for. It’s been months since my yard was cleaned!

Called the owner as we noticed a week was skipped on our service. Our puppy we trained to go in the same area every time so it's very easy to see if it is not done weekly like the service we pay for. One of there employees showed up that Saturday and me and my husband spoke with him. He, the employee, even admitted he did not make it out the week before and he would make a note on our account not to be charged for the previous week. I received January's bill today and we were charged for the full month. I even verified a week was skipped via our security cameras.We called and was told the guy that does our area is having medical problems. Ok which is fine I feel for him but he still skipped a week of our service we were charged for. Her, the owners wife, response was "oh my god!" (Very sarcastically) we told her to cancel our service I will not deal with a company with that kind of service to their customers. And I will only pay for 3 weeks. And if you read all of daves responses to all of these complains he does not seem like a very friendly man or all to concerned about his displeased customers. He just seems to attack them and put the blame on the customer. I'm sorry sir, but I have cameras around my home. On the screen it states the time and date so rest assured you can see it is not edited or cropped. And I have 3 cameras on my home and garage. No were did he show up that week. He showed up one day late last week when we called. And your wife was the one who started yelling at my husband and being sarcastic (we had her on speaker phone so we could both talk with her) so he gave it back to her. It's funny how I call Dave out for attacking his customers and not one comment on my post. There's nothing to say. Video doesn't lie.

Signed up with the agreement that they would come out each week to do a clean up. By the second month of service I had noticed that they weren't coming by weekly and confirm via my security cameras that they had only been there twice that month.When I received my bill that month, it was for the full amount. When I called to let them know and asked to only pay for the pickups they did that month, Dave took me off the route, which is not what I was initially requesting (a conversation which Dave hung up on me 3 times).Eventually, after calling back a few times, they agreed for me to only pay half of the monthly bill (for half of the pick ups they were supposed to do) - I insisted they send me a new invoice, because I don't trust them to hold to their word, and received pushback for that as well. We'll see if that new invoice comes.

Edited: because Dave responded and said we “kept our gate locked”We have security camera footage that shows them not coming at the stated time. and I work from home. I asked our tech to text me to unlock the gate because I work from home.We cancelled our contract and gifted it back to our in-laws. We’re glad the service went well for them. You may have a five star experience or a two star experience. I’m keeping my review where it is.We finished the year with a different company that fits our needs better. (and my camera has footage of their vehicle arriving).

There worker admits he misses a week then you call and the owner lies about it bad bad servies.your service guy admitted to me he missed a week so your the lier don't try to put all this crazy on other people your the bad guy. And your worker even admitted he missed a week

I witnessed him purposely try to run someone off of the road after he took a shoulder to pass them in his work truck with his business name plastered on the side of the truck.
