Mike came to my home to inspect the roof. He committed to follow up within a couple days. I attempted to call and text him the next week, but did not hear back. I called the office and explained the situation, and they committed to have Mike call me back that day. Still no response. If they don't want the job that's fine, but the lack of professionalism I experienced does not match the what their reviews suggest.

Countryside Roofing was everything they promised and more. From our initial call, through the complete tear-off roofing, to job site cleanup, to customer satisfaction follow-up and billing by office staff, Ken and his crew and his staff were A+ professionals. Highly satisfied.

A recent storm damaged a part of the house. Called Countryside and they had Michael come by a few days later to fix it up. Everything went very efficiently and we are happy with the result. Definitely recommend to others!

I requested a quote from Countryside for roofing repair around the end of August. The estimator came to the house to review the work and was going to check Google Satellite for measurements and get back to me in a couple of days. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I called the company and was told the estimator would call back shortly. That was over a month ago, I'm still waiting. If they told me that the job was too big or too small, the roof was too steep or too shallow. Or even that they just were too busy, I would have accepted that. But I got nothing. If they are this unresponsive for quoting new work, I can just image how they would be if you use them and then have a problem. I went with another company that came out and quoted the job in a couple of days and did the work two days later. Two stars because Countyside has a nice brochure, one star for their poor customer service and lack of follow through.

A few months ago, I contacted them because there was some sort of a defect with my heating exhaust where a bird got in. They sent a person out to "fix" it but when I spoke with the guy he had no idea what the original work was for and replaced a few shakes. Another roofer inspected the roof this week because I'm selling my house and told me that they used the wrong shakes.

I called and they said they'd come check our roof. Then WAITED for them to come. After I called, they finally came. Gave me an estimate. then WAITED again for paperwork. They then came out without telling us. I told the repair person I wanted us to be home when it was being repaired. By the way, we STILL didn't have any paperwork to sign. Then they called and said they'd be coming. But, we still had no contract to approve the work. I had to call the company AGAIN. The person answering the phone said he'd e-mail it to us. Finally got the e-mail. Now I'm sure the work is good, but communication between the company and customer is not. Promises to do better.

This company has been working on my house for a while. But the quality has been decreasing at the same time. The last work that they did was on the dormer hasn't been finished yet. He first told my husband that they were having some delay because of coronavirus issues. I has call him many times but he never returned my call. The worse part is that we paid aged. I just want they to finish the work and we wouldn't never haired them again.

Paid 15K in full in August of 2020 even though the job was not finished (metal trims (fascia?) were "ordered" to be replaced when available). A flat roof began to retain water after the rain. Contacted Ryan right away, promised to pull out few guys to fix it but "big installation should be done first". Fall through winter - nobody came to fix. Winter - leak in the garage celling. Contacted Ryan, response: "cannot fix now, wait till temperature in 60F". Now June23, 2021: still not fixed. Contacted Ryan again: "manager is aware about the problem you're experiencing in the winter". Still waiting... Will update the review when fixed.

Called to have small repair of J-channel and siding that were loose.. Countryside original did complete tear off of roof and installed new roof and whole house siding in 2009. George came out to take photos of area that needed repair and said someone would get back to me with a quote. Chad ( project manager) called back and quoted me $600-$800 dollars ( for a 20 minute repair) to send a guy out in 3-4 months to fix, because he would have to "pull someone off a bigger job". Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!...................******** In regards to your comment you just posted....you are telling me that you CHARGE to come out and give an estimate???? And yes you did quote the $800 price. I am no siding expert, but it's isn't an 800$ dollar job in any way shape or form. Especially when you told me yourself Chad that I is just a matter of putting it back together and nailing the j-channel back... what am I suppose to say when obviously you didn't want to be bothered with a small job. What difference does it make if it was done in 2009 or 2019. I wasn't asking for it to be done for free, but I did expect an honest price .....

Countryside did a phenomenal job. They replaced siding, several windows, roofing, and gutter system on our house. Our house is older and situated on a smaller lot. They were mindful of the neighbors and our landscaping. Aspects of the home were a little tricky (lots of homes have eccentricities), and they did a great job working through these challenges. The work was on time and on budget. Really impressed by their work.

I really appreciated the attention they gave us, especially during this time when all home repair services seem to be overwhelmed and unavailable. Despite their busy schedule, they fit our siding repair in and got it done quickly. Mike did an amazing job!

We just replaced our roof with Countryside. Excellent communication. Quick service, in and out in less than 8 hours! Moved all my deck furniture back. We were very pleased!
