“I came in from out of Chicago. I only planned on coming in for a show and leaving. My transmission broke down. The turnover time was two days. Estimate was three. They did a great job by giving me a warranty on the trans too. Dropped me off at a safe hotel and picked me up when it was ready.

Long story short, Jeff diagnosed the problem and did a quick fix for the main issue and then checked both tires (spare and flat). “Had a window replaced a while back, finally got around to calling about my wipers not working properly after replacement. I assumed I was gonna have trouble because customer service is generally terrible lately. They sent to Robbie check it out and he was awesome about the whole thing, said I should have called sooner for them to fix. He replaced my window and now my wipers work right again! He was more than I expected for customer service. Great kid on their team. I appreciate good customer service, but great service is almost non existent anymore. Thanks Robbie.”
