I wanted to show my appreciation to Matthew!! Prior to coming to Collinsville location I went to Edwardsville. Associate, and management could not help me out with a small problem I had. Matthew was able to help me out in less than 10 minutes. I will always know where to go in the future. Again Matthew thank you for helping me with eSIM. This store is lucky to have you. I was going to upgrade to 2- S24+, I was dealing with Matt. He had taken both our S10E's out of the Otter cases. We were short on time and had to leave. He put both phones back in their respective cases. I got home and my wife says, look at my cover and mycase. He had ripped her cover and broke the hard plastic case. I got looking at mine and he had broke the plastic case on mine. He was struggling with both of them while we were their.
Never said a word about it. His demeanor was very unprofessional. Too bad I can't give 1/2 a star. Consequently no sale. I'll find another Verizon store! I used to work for US Cellular. I have removed and reassembled many of them with no problem. Now what would I do if I wanted to keep the phones I have????

Called for online help about a ESIM for the new iPhone 14s and the Rep did not even know what I was talking about. Had to go get another employee to answer my question. Took 15 to be put off hold and said to answer my question or to fix my problem, I was going to have to come into the store and they would charge a fee!!!! Ridiculous, will not be returning or calling this store!

I've been in the store twice. First I had a problem which they easily fixed. Second time I purchased a new phone. Simone applied the screen saver and made sure everything transferred. Very pleasant experiences.

Staff if friendly but overall service has gone downhill. Been a customer of this loal owned business for over 20 years. Last few years it seems the service geared towards the customer experience has faded. Wad overcharged on 2 occasions for faulty accessories that didn't even bel9ng to the device I had. Have made multiple trips to get same issue fixed.
