Waste of time!! The front desk women doesn’t know what she’s doing! She just waste people’s time!If you want a passport appointment go to a different post office. Other than that…she is RUDE!!

Don't bother with their porch pickup, they have "lost" two of my packages in the same week. Picked up and scanned for tracking, but never leave the post office. Interesting...

This post office has gotten progressively worse over the years. When the carriers pick up packages from our mailbox, they do not scan them at time of pick up. Packages are scanned 2, 3 or 4 days after they are picked up or once they get to St. Louis. The postmaster at this location will tell you the carriers scan every package that’s picked up. Oh, it gets better. The postmaster claims I’m putting my packages in the mail 2-3 days after I print my label. She says the carriers are not supposed to pick up packages that have mailing dates that differ from the current date. Um…we have cameras on our house that very clearly show the carriers do not scan the packages, and by the way, we hold our packages up to the camera so we have proof what day the package was put in the mail. You can clearly see the label on the package in the camera. Oh, coincidently you can see the mailing date which matches the date on the camera. Today (1/19/24), I had 2 packages in my mailbox to pick up. Mail carrier was here and did not scan either package. The postmaster’s response “I’ll have a conversation the carrier.” Just like you did last time? Then my package disappeared? Then you proceeded to tell me I didn’t drop it off or put it in the mailbox? Suddenly it appeared in St. Louis 4 days after the carrier picked it up! Wow. Do your job!

This is the worst USPS in town. The customer service is utter bull, you can’t talk to a representative when you call it’s all automated and it continuously hangs up. Do better or get more help

Absolutely horrible USPS location. My fiance has tried to book an appointment for passport services multiple times now and when he shows up, they say he has no appointment. He walked in during “walk-in hours” and they told him he couldn’t apply then. He’s been there now 3-4 times and this happens every time. You guys need to figure it out, because this is absolutely ridiculous. He has a business to run as well and you guys have just wasted his time.

I didn’t know this post office was here, pleasantly surprised. I first stopped at the one in my town of Troy and they had one employee working and a line of about 10 people and they all appeared to have 2+ boxes each in their arms. After waiting about 10 minutes, I had to leave for an appointment, but during that time only one person was helped. When I walked into this office both counters were open and there were two people ahead of me. The one window closed down after helping her customer, it was close to closing so to be expected. The other lady was very fast and efficient with her customers. She didn’t have much emotion as friendliness or any negativity, just professionalism, getting the job done and answering your questions and getting you in and out, I can respect that. The facility was clean. I read the reviews after I left and will leave the rating a 5 and will track my packages to ensure they arrive on time and without incident, if they do, I’ll keep the 5 and recommend this USPS Office.

This Office is Beyond horrible! Packages are always being held and opened at this location. Their employees are very unethical and very nasty. I have video of their employees coming back to locations where packages were delivered and stealing them. smh

Beware. They steal at this location. I went to speak to someone in person about my package and they acted clueless. I filed a complaint online. Nothing was done about it. Go elsewhere.

I am in line first customer and waiting over 30 minutes on tax day April 18 2023 .extremely poor customer service .they work on our tax money . Finally they are government employees
