Since the US Bank closed it's main bank on Beltline Rd. The small bank inside Schnucks is busy at times but the staff does a great job.

Ridiculously slow. Expect to spend an hour in the drive through. No other bank that I go to is this slow. Understaffed and don't seem to care if you have to wait.

Great staff. Friendly, knowledgable personnel. I will miss the Schnucks branch people because US Bank is downsizing so the assistant branch managers and other personnel are getting laid off December 20. Merry Christmas US Bank.

When I was struggling financially, in a blatantly obvious attempt to embarrass me,an employee deliberately broadcasted my financial details in an overtly loud and boisterous manner while speaking to me in the lobby with other customers present. Short of stealing, I’m not sure there is a more inappropriate and unprofessional thing you could do as a bank employee(or a more repulsive thing, as a person). This is the middle-aged woman with the voice that makes you jealous of deaf people. Yeah her. Imagine having to listen to her crying herself to sleep every night. Her husband deserves a Purple Heart.

If it wasn't for the fact my company uses this place I wouldn't even go here and they still charged me $7 to cash my check and they put a hold on it. Walmart charged me $2 and I got my money same day.

This may be the worst bank I've ever done business with in 14 years of business. They wouldn't Wire funds my client asked them to wire. I highly recommend anyone that wants a good bank should not use them For anything. I've never heard of a bank that wouldn't send a wire the client told them to send. ONE STAR FOR U.S. BANK !

Horrible bank,horrible customer service both in branch and on phone. Constantly bounced from dept to dept with no answers. Money actually literally disapleared.

There was $ 993.20 taken from my account on 11/6/2015 . That should not have been taken out. In the meantime I was told it would be taken care of by today 11/13/2015. It has not been. I can not get groceries, pay bills Etc. This was not my fault but I am being penalized in a round about way. I am on disability and cannot pay all my bills as it is. Because of a bank error am I going to be compensated for this. If it was my fault I would have had to pay charges. PLEASE...Please. Get this straightened out..... I have been a member since it was Central bank. I would hate to have to leave...........

I have been banking with U.S.Bank since they opened in Collinsville. I always use the main branch, but went to the one located in Schnucks because of their late hours. I have been getting the run around for a month about a loan. The loan officer that started the application hasn't been to work in 3 weeks. Is no one picking up where she left off on any of her loan applications? I now have dealt with an assistant branch manager and the branch manager himself. Neither one are of any help whatsoever.
