The Auction House is a great alternative for selling a house. No realtor fees, minimal closing costs, no showings to disrupt family life. We sold our family home after our parents passed away. Bill went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. My siblings and I all live in different states and he handled everything. I highly recommend this company.
