We recently purchased the parot island play center with the wooden roof and had it installed, Brian gave us a1 service every step of the way called or texted any time with a question and he had an answer. Thanks Brian the family loves the swing set.

Brian and his team are AMAZING from start to finish. We visited the showroom, he was very honest and transparent with our options, and less than 2 weeks later we have a beautiful playset! He has been extremely responsive with texting and calling. Financing was such an easy process. I couldn’t recommend this company more if I tried.

Brian was incredibly easy to work with and was able to customize some things that on our Jaguar 5.8 to fit our yard best. He was knowledgeable of all the sets and able to help choose what may fit our needs best. Install was also quick and easy to schedule. Also, this is the best deal in swing sets. I did plenty of research and what Brian is able to offer at his prices beats everyone in town and sacrifices nothing in quality. Thank you again!

Great Customer Service!! I was a bit hesitant to spend thousands online on a trampoline. I ended up talking to Brian, who got me my Vuly while everyone else was on backorder and sold it to me for a very fair price. He made sure it was delivered, and also helped me with a replacement part. Emails were answered VERY quickly, and I would not hesitate to use Swingset Factory Depot in the future. We bought a rainforest cottage swing set from Brian. He was so easy to deal with and very accommodating. We finally have a new swing set after 30 years!! We cannot wait until our grandchildren can come in town (post-pandemic) to play on it. We sent them all pictures and they were super excited!

I had such a good experience working with Brian. I had been thinking about getting a swingset for awhile now but just couldn't bring myself to do it. I contacted Brian with some questions and he got back to me in less than 24 hours. We discussed my questions and concerns. He came out to look at my property within a few days of talking on the phone, looked at the area and made a great recommendation on where the playground could go. He came out within two weeks of the weather improving and had the playground installed within the same day. Brian is very nice, professional, efficient and honest. I highly recommend him!
