“Exemplary customer service. I didn’t have a single idea what I wanted out of a shoe before I came into this store. The sales people are great and evaluate your movement down to a science, explaining it simply so you can use that knowledge to make the proper selection. I had been buying too big of shoes for years not knowing that I needed a wide shoe instead of a size up.
These are truly sincere salespeople and they will take their time to show you everything you need to know, and will not rush you. I am personally not a runner but would recommend this shop to anybody who seeks comfort and confidence when buying the right shoe. Thank you again, I’ve never been this satisfied with a shoe purchase before

“I found this shop online, they had a hard to find RMJ Combat Tactical Africa knife (black). I ordered it and it arrived within 8 days. It would have arrived 2-3 days earlier if UPS hadn't incorrectly rerouted it. If I am in the St Louis or Scott AFB area I will stop at the shop. Definitely, they have the quality knives and they can promptly get them to the customers. The only recommendation I can provide is to somehow get shop to show on 1st page of search engine results. “The bad review about not being able to return worn shoes? They tell you the no return policy - upfront. You can get an exchange, there's also a big sign at the register. And they say you cannot return shoes if they appear worn on the bottoms. I brought my Hokas back and exchanged them for a pair of Brooks Ghost 17, that fit better. The sales guys are super patient and wait on you. They're not off playing on their phones like a lot of other places. Their customer service can't be beat. You'd need to be an extremely rude and difficult customer to leave unhappy. Unless you can't follow simple instructions about returns.”
“Stopped in to see if there were any inexpensive hockey sticks to buy for our Non-Profit hockey store in NW Arkansas, Halo Hockey. Boy do they have a lot of sticks. I was able to purchase roughly 25 sticks for our community without needing to beg for a discount, as they were already were we needed to be. Aaron was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Well done!”
“Although the store is small and managed by few, the people who run it REALLY know their stuff, and helped me out with so many purchases! They also informed me about the Monte Cassino event that's hosted here in the Midwest, and I had SO much fun at that game last year! Definitely give these guys a try if you live nearby because there most definitely is a benefit to doing in-person shopping for paintball or airsoft, and that's undeniable.”
“i love this place and the field. ive been off and on airsofting through out a good portion of my years. not only are the fields here amazing but the whole community and staff is as well. the community and staff has been extremely helpfull and super chill throughout my time of playing and shopping threw here. the bing shop store is great and with very fair pricing. 100% have to give a shoutout too shop worker named nathan, he has been extremely helpful and super chill throughout my road to ugrading to hpa and getting back into it. he has been such a great help to me and has an answer for every quesion i ask. 100% would recommend to anyone gettin into airsoft to go here and get stuff through the shop. once again though nathan has been an absolute W worker and a great help for me getting back into airsoft. i appreciate all of the staff, 5 stars all day without a doubt”

Prices seem a bit steep, but I was able to get a lot of last years' gear on sale for 30-50% off (new, just not the latest/greatest model). The one-person staff was cheerful and helpful. The location is convenient.”

“Just simply PHENOMENAL!!!! Brian and his team went WAY above and beyond to ensure my kiddos had an above outstanding and exciting playing experience. After we moved cities my kiddos were devastated to leave their play-set behind. Brian and his team walked me patiently through the whole process and pulled off the unimaginable - a play-set set-up that made my kids forget what they left behind and excited about what they now have. The whole team is what “right looks like” when it comes to the customer experience. When we moved from the St. Louis Metro-East to an hour East, Brian didn’t hesitate to make the trip to set us up. I am very grateful that he did this. I look forward to working with him and his team in the near future to continue to build our backyard a play-time oasis. Next up…one of their trampolines.
