New customers to Spectrum. The current store manager KIM was present, attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She was a huge help. The representative that helped in-store was Tyler There were SO many random hurdles and challenges for him to work through and not once did he seem overwhelmed or frustrated. Tyler was very thorough and patient and got the best available for the mobile needs of 3 individuals - and home Internet.

I was in the store yesterday (Sunday) as a walk-in. I left because 8 people were in line with only 2 associates working. I returned today (Monday) and sitting outside at 9:48am and tried to book an appointment, but the 1st available time is 12 noon. It makes no sense. I'm just trying to do a factory reset without losing info that's on my Google account.

Went in for a change of service.The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. From taking the the time to show me how the new products work,to trying find ways to save me money she was top notch!
