AWESOME butchers! Very knowledgeable staff, nice, too. The smoke polish is amazing! They cut up a chicken to my special request, and were able to recommend some great fresh sausage, and their homemade seasoning blend was super tasty. Will be back a lot!

This was my first time visiting the store and the staff was very, very nice!! Small place but man verities of meat. Some what in the high end but has some sales. Not over the top though. I will go back for some mats that are a little harder to find.

I love going to Novacich's. The butchers are very helpful and friendly. I love the fact I can make my own bundles so I'm not stuck with meat in the freezer that my family won't eat. Their store made sausages are outstanding, as well as their pork kabobs. Highly recommend!

The best priced fresh meat in this area. Only slightly higher price than grocery store meat for 100% better flavor, color, and freshness. Their meat bundles are also a great way to save and get a nice variety for the whole month.

I found Novacich while in town, from Texas, recently. I have now cooked half of the meats I bought, and I am just about out of Pete’s Seasoning.Y’all! This season is incredible. I wish you did mail order or sold it on Amazon (I searched). I am going to divert my next trip to get more!We bought 5 or 6 different flavors of brats. I believe that they have 27 different flavors or so. Each one we bought were delicious. (Mail order - hint hint). Steaks were delicious, too.Service? Second to none! Very personal service pointing out what they had to offer. I think the owner was who showed us around. He was very proud of what they offered. It was easy to tell. And he should be!I recommend running, not walking, to Novacich. I will be speeding in from Texas as soon as I can.
