I would recommend this facility. The staff members Al and Ian along with the owners were helpful, and professional the day I came in to rent a uhaul.They extended me good customer service by recommending a company to help me move some unwanted furniture out of my storage unit. I had no idea where I was going to dispose of the furniture or how I was going to load it on the truck. The awesome gentelman from Junkease came out the same evening loaded and disposed of the furniture for me at a great price. They truly blessed me that day. Thank again for your help

The entire lot is full of vehicles of sorts and yet the owner refused to clear any of the snow/ice for access to the storage units. His reply was "I'm not going to clean anything. Let it melt." As a business owner, you'd like to think that top priority is to take care of the daily bread that fills your pockets. Not here. Greed is the word. Grade "F".
