“I will recommend this place 10 times over! I had a lot going on and completely forgot to pick my husbands suit up for a wedding that he was in on a Sunday. The owner of Willard's went above and beyond her call of duty to do something she did not have to do to assure my husband was able to still be in the wedding. Not to mention the alterations were perfect!”

“If you love a store that smells like patchouli and all of the assumptions that come with it then this is the store for you! The staff was crazy friendly and they have a huge variety of items. Everything from bags and clothes to sunglasses and ash trays to home decor and LOTS of pretty jewelry. I was very impressed and would be great for gift shopping. Now that I know what they have I'd for sure go back if looking for something in this genre. Highly recommend!”

“I have been to this location twice. I feel like they take different stuff than the St. Louis locations that I more frequently visit. I thought the service was good and the staff was friendly. I will say that this location seems to get more overloaded with buys than any of the other locations I have been to. They can usually only take a few of my items because they have so many people trying to sell to them. It makes sense since this is the only IL location across the river servicing lots of areas over there. I would highly recommend taking stuff in right when they open. I took mine in about an hour after they opened and there were already 17 buys ahead of me! Both times I have went, they bought stuff I was having trouble getting rid of. It is kind of far away from my house since I am in St. Louis, not sure if I would come here again unless I'm needing to be in the area for something. But I would definitely sell to them if I am around the area because I did feel like it was worth my time.”

The sales clerk asked if it was okay to take his measurements and proceed to find exactly what he needed and wanted. The process went smoothly, and we were out the door to finish up our errands.”
