Not happy at all had my brakes fixed for 600$ ok cool. Next day a god awful squeaky noise started went back he looks at it says oh you need a wheel barring ok cool even tho in my mind I’m wondering why didn’t you say this yesterday when you were looking dead at it. Ok cool I was still about to pay 1000$ to get that but nope the guy that’s in the office starts going on how it’s so funny that I told him I live w my son’s dad. Like he was making fun of me it was very weird and rubbed me the wrong way. I won’t be returning. I’m sure they will know exactly who I am when they see this review. Nothing but high praise for Chris and his crew. He discovered a pin sized oil leak. They couldn’t get me in for about a week but told me it was OK to go ahead and drive it. I didn’t make it a week until my appointment, my car quit three days early. The entire crew at LaDrew was very professional and kind, they got me in right away and fixed my car. I didn’t think I would have it back for three or four days, but I got it back the end of that day. As I had the way to get up there to get my vehicle, they came and got me and took me back to the shop. Chris explained everything that they did, and I greatly appreciate their help. I have only been in Collinsville for about a year and they have been recommended by almost everyone. I ask about a mechanic. I won’t take my daily driver or my Corvette, any other place else, even though Chris is a Ford guy?Services: Steering & suspension repair

Called about getting our car diagnostic and Chris told us to bring in even though he was shorthanded and the bays all filled. Pointed us to the cars problem, very kind person. This local shop embodies the spirit of customer friendly. Well priced and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I understood what was going on. Most importantly, recommended what was essential and what was not (yet), the opposite of high pressure sales tactics. Will be brining my car here again!
