Devon was very helpful and made the process quick and easy, this is my second car from them. Never had any problems. The approval process was quick and they helped find a good car insurance agency. If you go by definitely ask for Devon!!!!
Edit: do not get a car from them. My car started having problems literally a day after having the car.

They were patient with me as I was not sure what vehicle I wanted to get. I typically hate the cars that they sale here however they helped me get into a vehicle with low mileage, clean look, and it was less than 10 years old. I’m satisfied with my purchase and it was not expensive for a down payment.

Guys, This is a trap. looks good on the outside. I got my car the last week on november. A light came on, on december 18th... low engine oil pressure.. I was adviced not to start it. They came and got it and could not find out why the light was on, they tested it everything they could think of. then a week ago i was driving. the light came on, my car shut off while i was on the high way. They were already closed so the next morning i called as soon as they opened which was a saturday. The lady i talked to let me know service was closed but to go ahead and have my car brought in and they could look at it monday. Well i call back monday to let service know whats going on and now my car is sitting there untouched bc its now out of warranty. Pretty much told to figure it out myself. I understand that they warranty ran out but i can capable of paying for the repairs to be done there. But now i got it towed there and they refuse to even look at it, with that being said. it is what it is. i called a few days later and let them know i would be having a tow to come get it bc i found a shop to look at it for me. i was told i would be okay to get it until close today. i called to make sure it was okay, i was told nope its locked til monday at 9am. Sent my boyfriend to move it anyways bc of the MANY lies we were told.. and guess what.. it wasnt locked in. This place is seriously a joke. when i first called about the car breaking down. They didnt care, they just said i could let them sell it at an auction and the fund from the car would go to the account and the rest would be collected through the collections department. Like they already had it all planned out. I always paid on time everytime. I had never once missed a payment. my car is a 2011 ford edge. had 102xxxx miles on it. ive had it for 8 months and paid almost 6k into it already and now im left without all over again. Im not even sure my car can be fixed. As long as they got their sale that day... They do NOT care..
