This Fastlane Towing service rips people off. I was hit by a car in St Louis on 9-11-23 and this towing service just showed up at the accident site. I did not call them. I was charged $1,491.96 for someone named Anthony to tow my vehicle 10 miles. The driver was real friendly and helpful to our face then stabbed us in the back. I don't know if we were ripped off because we are elderly or because we are from out of state. The office lady was very rude and hateful when I complained about the bill. I went to a local tow service here in Texas and showed them the bill and they were shocked this company ripped us off so bad. I'm turning them into the Better Business Bureau and the Illinois Attorney General and everyone else I can think of.

Our family was stranded with a blown tire on a very busy and unsafe stretch of I-70 just outside of St Louis. Anthony from FastLane was there within 15 minutes of the call from the police and got all 5 of us off the interstate within minutes. Super-fast and helpful. Kind and personable. broke down at the corner of peterbilt had county call on call to go 500 yards was 1000 dollars not to mention the tow truck driver dropped me in the middle of the yard on the back side. then when peterbilt opened they told me I had to move can't move because rearend is out and he pulled the axle like a act of congress to get these guys to come move the trailer! wanna get raped on over pricing these are the guys. OH NOT TO MENTION A TOW BACK TO CHATTANOOGA WAS 2800 do better guys. I wouldn't even give a star but I had to to leave a review
