I’m here quite a bit? the workers have always been super friendly,understanding, and helpful. I’m always able to find what I need when I need it and I love the convenience of the self checkout, 10/10 would recommend going here.

I wouldn't waste my time going here. Hand written sign on door says closing at 5 due to staff shortage it's 4 and they are closed. Hours online says open at 8 am it's 10 am and they are closed. They are never stocked, truly a waste of time. This has happened repeatedly. This place is a block from my house, but I drive to the Orchard location if I need something. I saw a poor gentleman on a walker, in the cold going to this location, so I rushed over to him before he made it down the sloped parking lot to let him know, it was closed. I hope they close this location and put something useful in it's place.

Lol everyone quit the other day its been down since. Dollar general treats their employees like gum. The location is convenient and they had a decent amount of stuff, but that wasn’t enough if the company cant work right.

I came into the store today to buy some art supplies. Plain wood planks. They don’t have sticker and neither did any other piece of wood on that shelf. Well the lazy little wouldn’t sell anything to me. Told me he can’t sell stuff without stickers. Well NOTHING back there had stickers SO TAKE THE STUFF OFF THE SHELF if you can’t sell it. Now I have to drive to Hobby Lobby. But that’s okay at least there I get treated with respect! This happens entirely too many times at this location. Bad customer service!!

When they are supposed to be open, half the time they are not. They never answer the phone. Its usually always backed up at the register with only 1 cashier even though you know there's atleast 2 or 3 people there. You can never get someone to help you or locate anything. Usually out of the items that say in-stock on the app. Its just not a fun or even good option.

This store is never open and when they are open their debit card machines are never working......we can blame it on the pandemic,short staffed,maintenance issues,power outages, or whatever else the sign on the door has said but this Collinsville location sucks.Truly sad because its a nicely remodeled building but that's really all it is...because it's definitely not our local shopping center because IT'S NEVER OPEN!!!
