I have been deciding on where to purchase a new phone. I made the decision to go with Cricket today. Lexi was very kind in assisting me and she handed me a paper with rate plans etc. I wanted just one line for $25. This was only available with auto pay. I got a supposedly free phone which is the Samsung A15. I'm really confused though as to why a payment for this month is coming up. I'm gonna call and try getting everything straightened out. But for the most part the customer service part was great!!

This is a great store to go to its onder new management she is a great and friendly person now I'm usually now a big cricket fan but not only did I get a great phone a great plan I also got a great smart watch and had a laughable time there I fully recommend this store

This location is never open when its business hours say they are, and have to drive 30 minutes away to pay phone bill, because their staff doesn't want to come to work and open the store.. such an inconvenience

Kane was me and my mother's manager to get her a new phone, he was very helpful and got us her new phone that's was better than her old one.....I highly recommend this place and make sure to ask for Kane!

Had an awesome experience at this store! Had to get a phone replaced, didn't have insurance and Linda was great! She switched everything to my old phone saving us a lot of money for the time being and we were so grateful. We had gone to the store in Fairview Heights the last time and had a horrible experience --this was 100% better thanks to Linda!

Great customer service! Linda was awesome! She was very patient and answered all of our questions. She also set our new phone up for us and made sure everything was working properly before we left. Definitely the best phone store experience I've ever had. Would recommend!

Have not been to every Cricket Wireless store, but this one has to be close to the bottom. The tall lady, tiffany, working there was horrible. She was bossy and not worthy of cleaning a pig stall. She treated me horribly and I will be switching my family over to another provider. Good job - tiffany you cost cricket 6 lines.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Called to get info and when she was UNABLE to answer my questions, she hung up on me. Now I have be in hold for 15 minutes on the video chat. Please EDUCATE your staff. I understand staff may be in short supply, but this is UNACCEPTABLE!
