Went into this location and I was greeted by the cashier I let her know I wanted to place a order and she was trying to pet the cook know but he was being very rude and had zero customer service. He gave the feeling like he didn’t want to be there so instead of ordering from this location that was close to my job I went somewhere else

Super busy, long lines for checkout and bathroom. Wish the supercharger was in a different location.

Cashier was nice, however all the breakfast pizza looked dry and no sauce for almost $4 a slice. I grabbed one anyway and the label stated enjoy by 4:57 am.. I purchased it almost an hour and half later….

The older black lady with a short wig in the cooking area very rude , her own staff was in disbelief… she was simply asked to make a online salad she told the customer no when clearly that’s her job , then later tried to make up for being rude saying it’ll be a 30 min wait .. witch would have been fine , but to say no I’m not making anything is very rude and forced to get a refund

I wanted to call and ask if they delivered to my area. Waiting on hold for half an hour and nobody picked up the phone. I don’t understand how hard it is to answer a call.

The woman at the counter didn't know how to do. Her job didn't know how to count money or run the lottery machine. There was a line from the counter to the bathroom and the only other worker in the entire facility decided to go outside and smoke a cigarette before she helped any. One I was in this case for 20 minutes. No joke to get gas. I will never return

Not ten minutes after leaving the vet ER and making one of the hardest decisions a person can make and losing the family dog. I made the unfortunate decision to stop at this Casey's. I paid for gas inside came out to find the pump malfunctioning pressed the assistance button and the clerk came out blew right past me and marks the pump out of service at which point he asked me if I had prepaid to which I responded yes. He then told me to pull forward to pump one. After waiting the the rain a 40 degree cold for several minutes I decided to go inside and inquire what the hold up was. The attendant then said he had no idea he had already prepaid (Not true unless he completely disregarded everything I had to say outside.) At which point a different attendant yelled at me that it was now put through and scoffed at me. I did eventually receive the fuel I paid for but not without being put through the absolute ringer first. As someone in customer service I'm not quick to complain but screw those people the staff sucks.

I was at this location recently, and was very disappointed at the cleanliness of this Casey's. There was a lot of scattered litter on the front paved lot. A homeless person was begging for a $1.00 near the entrance area. I have been to many Casey's, but this needs better care.
