Had an issue on our rental last July and had to replace 4 tires due to no tread Left on them when we rented. We have been trying since July to get reimbursed. Even though we had authorization to do it, they refused only to finally reimburse after going through the Better Business Bureau. The next step would have been having to sue. I would have given their customer service a negative review if possible.

Was super happy with my rental my car broke down had to get to work called got a car rented in a few hours was a little worried cuz of the reviews but I got a clean car and the dude was really nice and talked me through the whole thing cuz it was my first time ever renting a car I forgot the guys name he was the big dude with the tattoo on his arm super nice man they get a 5 star from me

If I could award negative stars, I would. They did not have 50% of what I reserved. No tow dolly for my car and no dolly for moving furniture. They claimed that they had found a tow for my car only to tell me that they didn't have one when I came by to pick it up the following day. The manager claimed that he would continue to look for one. His empty promise did me NO GOOD -- why should I believe him when he can't fill a confirmed reservation(??).

Went to rent a car. The guy was a complete j*** and unwilling to help and he acted like he didn't even wanna work. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

The vehicle rental was fine but I was charged an additional 16.99 fuel service charge several days after the rental. I brought the car back with a full tank, more gas than was in it when I picked it up. I previously rented from here and they charged an extra day on to my rental, which I sorted out after about an hour on the phone with a customer service rep. They have good pricing typically, but always check your receipts and charges after renting here.

I am going to leave 5 stars as I did accomplish what I set out to do. Which was to rent a van drive to where I wanted to vacation and back with no major problems. The van was ready when I arrived. I was using a debit card. The terms mention bringing in documents such as a utility bill, as it says a debit card is not accepted as "credit identification" for this car group. They did not need this. He took my license and then my debit card. I had prepaid already, but he had to swipe it for the $250 deposit. He said it would run a credit check when doing this, and if it did not pass, I could not rent from them for 24 hours. Luckly he said I was fine after swiping it. about an hour later I am on my way out of town with the van and checked my wallet to see if he gave my DL back. It was not there so I came back and he had it for me (this was 10 min before they close). So I don't know when he was going to call me or realized he had it, but I think that was cutting it close. Just make sure you get everything back. Everything was fine with the van. Return was fine (I put gas back to F where it was when started). He got the odometer reading but I think he put the wrong one down becuase it showed I drove 4,400 miles which I think I maybe did half that going to AL coast and back.But unlimited miles is allowed. So I think overall it went fine but I may use a CC next time to be safe.

Terrible service. Never any cars. Dont even bother going here for a car. Really dosnt care about customer service or willing to work with you. Cant answer questions, only help he gives is referring you to an automated machine that doesnt even solve your problem. If its a big guy working behind the desk. just walk out, its that bad.

Video video video.Was issued an old, dirty truck with dents,rust and scratched paint.None of that was on the paper and imagine who was issued fees when we returned it.Despite having video proof of the condition when we rented it... We are still fighting the cooperate office who blames the local office who forwards us to the cooperate office.

Not happy with this rental. I travel alot for work and I had to drive from one state to another. You need to check the condition of the rental cars a little better before giving them to someone. I could have been in a serious accident with the tire that was on the car I had gotten in Iowa. On a good note, I was able to swap out vehicles easily, took some time to do but I am in a much safer car now. Not everyone thinks to do a total inspection on a rental when they get it but I know now that's what I'm going to have to do.

I booked a mini van over a month before we were supposed to leave for our road trip to Colorado, for 6-10-22 at 930am. The day before we are supposed to leave I received a call from Dallas at the Collinsville location, where we're supposed to pick up. There is a shortage of vans, and larger vehicles in general, might get an SUV, probably won't be there until 11, but he says he will call me at 830am to let me know what's going on. He called me at 830 am and was in touch the whole day until his fleet was on its way. Customer service at this location has always been outstanding.I've rented through a third party and had an issue that unfortunately budget could not help me with, so from now on I will be renting directly through this location.Highly recommend giving Dallas or Mike a call at the Collinsville location to see what they can do for you ?

Rented a moving truck 45 days in advance and showed up to pick it up and they said they didn't have one and had no clue if or when they could get one. Don't rent a moving truck here.

We were docked almost $200 for being “late” even though we were 30-40 minutes early. The people were just extremely rude to us and the experience was just awful in general.

Booked a reservation for a 12 passenger van and was told the day before pick uo it would not be available. Spent 2 hours trying to reach Collinsville location with no luck. I guess I am out $200 dollars. Will never book again!
