Customer service goes a long way. The guy on the phone when I called was nice. They came out very quick. The tow guy that helped me with my car was very cool. Prices were affordable especially for the distance. They were very helpful. I know who I’ll call in the future. Thank you for a great experience in a time of distress.

Thanks for the tow 10 miles outside of town. Did a great job hooking up the big old van. Thank you for getting us to the gas station. Hope you catch a bunch of fish and give your mom a big hug she raised an amazing son!

they saved the day!!!my son was stranded in E. St. Louis after a tire blow out...... on a Friday at 5pm on a holiday weekend no less!so many things could have gone wrong but they were able to get him and his car scooped up and taken to Walmart for a tire. the driver made sure my son was ok and that walmart was able to do the tire before he left.they were fast, caring and so nice and helpful, words are not enough for how well we were treated.THANK YOU SO MUCH. this Momma was so worried but you all saved the day!!!Service: Car towing

Very prompt and professional! After another tow truck company insurance had sent never showed, we contacted b&k and even though it was after hours they got to us very quickly and the driver was very courteous. Thank you, you turned around a very stressful situation!Service: Car towing
