Due to their contracts we are paying for internet at our old house that has been disconnected. They were unwilling to work with us to move the contract to a new location - which we were under the impression that we would only have to pay a $50 install fee in to have the services to our new home since that’s what the technician told us. Nope. The office informed us we would have to pay double internet bills when we moved because we are locked in a 6 month contract for one location. (Not sure what the install fee is about since they said that doesn’t actually cover the install and the first 6 months of services do…) We bit the bullet and went ahead and requested services to have internet installed at our new house. It had been over a month and they made no progress on putting it in. They were so timely at our old house so I couldn’t understand what the hold up was. I called several times and They were Not able to give us a time frame of when we would have it or when they would start construction. Supposedly we were in a queue with people ahead of us yet they are unable to tell us where we are at in this queue. It’s just frustrating to be paying for a service that we aren’t even getting and there was no end in sight. We ended up going with Nova cable and they sent out a technician the next day and we now have internet through them. We still have to return our equipment to MTC as they would not send me a shipping label to return their equipment and it falls on us to pay the shipping or drive 40 minutes to their office to return the equipment. We try to support local and would have kept them for years if they just would have worked with us a little more. My advice is that if there’s any chance of you moving within 6 months of your install do not go with MTC or you’ll be stuck paying hundreds for a service that you’re not even receiving. They do not care what your situation is. They will not work with you. I switched to MTC to save money for my family and I did just the opposite.. I truly regret ever doing business with them.

First of all let me just say the office is so warm and cozy. The colors of the walls and the floor is so very nice and homey. Everybody chipped in everybody was efficient and problem was solved thank you so much
