“I am a National Emerald Club member. I rented at the Quad Cities International Airport. I had the same agent when I picked up the car and dropped it off. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. National was very accomodating to my changing travel needs, giving me two rental extensions and adjusting my final cost when I returned the car early. I made use of their phone service and their App and found both to work very well. Thank you for the great service.”
