“As a certified "Grumpy Old Man" I an embarrassed to admit I cant think of a single complaint. From the day I contacted you about possibly moving banks I have been extremely pleased with my decision, though at times a bit confused. How do you do it...people answer phones, employees smile and answer your questions ( as importantly if they cant they will find someone who can) I have been told that people, in todays market like dealing with impersonal customer service, it gives them comfort in their anonymity. yeah , sure.Ascentra Credit Union is terrific. You call on the phone, visit on line or walk in the door , you are treated with the same considerate and friendly service. I have yet to be treated any other way.”

“I have very good experience with this bank. For me, this bank is the best here in Moline. Specially the director who is called Mrs Sue Wright. She is amazing and very knowledgeable; comprehensive and very helpful. I had a loan with them for my car few years ago and others deals but and everything is always perfect at the point that you will that this is the right place for you and your family. Mrs Sue Wright has a great potential and even though you’re frustrated about something; as soon as she talk to you will understand better the situation. I been referring people to there because the service they offer and in addition because of Mrs Sue Wright to be honest and I will referring people to them. “I came pretty late, about an hour before they closed and they were still making all of their espresso drinks. Quite often I run into coffee shops that either close before their posted time or they'll clean up early so that they can try to get out right at closing. Luckily, none of the Vibrant locations I've been to do that. I tried the Honey Lavender Latté as well as the Endless Summer energy drink. I had a long night ahead of me so I wanted to make sure I had something tasty that would keep me awake. They did not fail me!I'm looking forward to coming back during the day and enjoying their space. It's so comfy and inviting. There's tons of tables inside, conference rooms, some tufted chairs and a couch by the fireplace, patio seating, and high tops. There's even a working ATM from their prior days as a bank. Super cool! The staff was great, too!”
