“6 months after buying my car from them I started to have some issues with my AWD system. Luckily, Bastian’s Autos purchasing contract included a warranty. I let them know and they got me into their shop just days later for a diagnosis and immediately got to work on utilizing my warranty and getting my repairs approved. Some custom parts had to be ordered but as soon as they were in I was notified and they got it handled right away. The process was smooth and speedy. I've never had such a pleasant experience with a car dealer before! If you are going to buy a vehicle, you should consider getting it from here!”

“Called roadside service and they dispatched Kendall towing, it took awhile to get to us but that wasn't at the fault of the driver, we were just a long way away, fantastic service, brought us all the way home Wich is 2 hours away for him!! Great guy would definitely recommend!!!!”
“My 2013 ATS only has 83.000 miles on it started missing and the stability control system would automatically shut off along with a new check engine light comming on.I thought I had bad gas and put in fuel injector cleaner and a obtain booster.Well that did not cure the problem.Mieneke had previously repaired a coolant leak problem and they fixed that very quickly and did a pressure test to prove it was not a head gasket leak.My car was also overheating again at Idol while running the AC.I called in f or appointment for them to check out these problems.I did wait 3 days to get it in,because this shop is very busy because of their great reliability and sercice.My car was diagnosed with bad coil on cylinder 2 ,needed new spark plugs and new cooling fan.They saved me alot of money on all the parts,and were even able to change the oil while they had it.I took it in at 10:am in the morning and had it back at 8:30am the next day.This car is now running better than ever.I would highly recommend this the shop to anyone having car problems. “I would also like to give 10 stars. Ben Jones was an awesome dealer. I spoke with him on phone when first inquired about my car and he answered phone and on second phone call inquiry. We set up appointment for me to view and test drive it. It is a used 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXS. It is one of the nicest cars I have owned. Ben was very courteous and attentive. I will recommend Ben and Zimmerman Honda to others. I definitely will look at Zimmerman for my next used car.”
“I overfilled my transmission fluid. Google said that's not good. I called Wallick's. Though they were booked over a week out, they fit me in an hour after I called, and my car was done soon after. That's customer service! Even better: they could have gouged me for the service, but did not. Very reasonable business practice. Very curtious staff.”

She also let me know the work would be covered under my extended warranty. Trina is very knowledgeable and personable. “Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop! I used to go to CT&V in dav and they lied took $1700 from me. Lied about problems they didn’t even fix. I go here and it was just my spark plugs, tires and something else I think all for about $230 I will never ever go anywhere else but here and Teresa was GOD SENT an angel! So nice and amazing!
