“Tire Tracks of Wilmington IL was able to get my 2016 Ford Edge in super fast. Thirty minutes after I called explaining the problem it was in process of being fixed. They discussed the issue I had and we agreed on a plan to proceed. The technician was quick and thorough. Problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. They followed up after I left to make sure I was satisfied with their service. I definitely will return in the future and recommend them to others as well.”

“Brought my vehicle here to get my tires switched onto brand new rims I purchased. Spoke with Kevin on the phone before hand and was very kind and professional . He understood what I needed done and accommodated to my particular case by reusing the tpms sensors and saving me money ! Upon installing the new rims this shop came across a tire on my vehicle that not only was splitting but also had wires showing, I did not know this upon bringing my vehicle. He called and mentioned this, told me the spare will be on the vehicle. This shop was quick , efficient, very understanding as I needed my vehicle for the weekend, and mostly thorough ! I’ve been to shops that would’ve put that tire back on and sent me on my way, they saved my life. Upon seeing the condition of the tire the failure of that tire was imminent! So thankful for Morris Tire & Alignment. Definitely will be a long time customer in the future! Also for all that was done to my vehicle you cannot beat the price ! “The parking lot is huge, rooms for 100 trucks, I would say. But the reason I give it 5 stars is because the Black Bear Diner has replaced R Place!! If you've never been to a Black Bear Diner, I highly recommend it!! The food is delicious, with huge portions and a small price. I had the steak and eggs with wheat toast, a side of bacon and fruit. Sunny side up eggs could have been cooked a touch more, but all around, it was a great experience. I've never been disappointed at a BBD!! They have locations across the western part of the country. This is their newest location. My server, Cali, was wonderful. She was attentive and not overbearing (pun intended). Ishmael, one of the training managers, was very nice too. This is a must visit restaurant, no matter which one you go to! Kudos to all”

“The service at Bob’s Advanced Auto and Tire was exceptional great for my husband Ken Criner. He was straned on the road. He was on his way home, which is in Texas. He needed a tire on his SUV so he called their wrecker service. They came and took the vehicle to their shop and they put a tire on his suv and did not charge him anything and they did not charge him anything for the wrecker service. The staff was very helpful. They you for your service and being very professional. I will keep the angel going. Thank you very very much to Bob, his wife and staff.”
